Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Sericulture Industry In Yancheng City

Facing the new normal of the economy,Yancheng City focuses on the structural adjustment of the sericulture industry,promotes the transformation and development of the traditional sericulture industry,and constructs a new mode of sericulture development.However,there is still room for development in areas such as industrial service technology,industrial operation scale,industrial cooperation organizations,and industrial infrastructure construction,we need to further strengthen the support for technological development,strengthen the construction of service systems,and achieve healthy industrial development.Based on this,this thesis adopts the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,system analysis method,etc.,starting from the research on the current situation of the development of Yancheng’s sericulture industry,to find out the problems,analyze the reasons,take the problems as the guidance,and propose development countermeasures.(1)According to the statistics and investigation,the problems in the development of sericulture industry in Yancheng City were analyzed.In recent three years,the area of mulberry gardens put into production in Yancheng City has shown a downward trend,with a year-on-year decline of 7.6% in 2021 and 23.7% in 2020 and 2019.At the end of the year,the number of households raising silkworms,the amount of silkworm eggs raised,and the production of silkworm eggs have also decreased year by year,the production of silkworm eggs decreased by 15.8% year-on-year in 2021 and 14.5% yearon-year in 2019.In addition to being affected by the epidemic in 2020,the cocoon income of all counties and cities in Yancheng City basically remained above 700 million yuan.Based on this,a questionnaire survey was conducted around upstream aquaculture farmers,midstream processing enterprises,and downstream consumers to analyze the existing problems: The aging human resource structure,unbalanced policy resource allocation,and difficult to meet the basic resource allocation of Yancheng’s sericulture industry are insufficient;The technological innovation of Yancheng’s sericulture processing industry is not enough,such as the application of advanced technologies of existing products is not in place and the innovation of Product development model is not enough;The integration of downstream sericulture industry in Yancheng City is poor,such as the insufficient development of sericulture marketing industry,the relatively remote sericulture medical industry,and the insufficient excavation of sericulture tourism industry.(2)Based on diamond theory,PSET model,and literature research,the general influencing factors of industrial development were analyzed;Considering the measurability of influencing factors,combined with the characteristics of the development of the sericulture industry,the principal component factor analysis method is used to obtain: The cumulative variance contribution rate of eight indicators of the evaluation indicators of the factors affecting the development of the sericulture industry in Yancheng City,including human factors,capital factors,technical factors,policy factors,economic factors,market factors,industry factors and environmental factors,was98.252%,which shows that the development of sericulture industry in Yancheng City is affected by macro and micro factors.(3)In response to the existing problems,Further optimize the allocation of sericulture resources in Yancheng from three aspects: optimizing the allocation of human resources,balancing the allocation of policy resources,and strengthening the allocation of basic resources;Further strengthen the technological innovation of Yancheng’s sericulture processing industry from two aspects: strengthening the application of advanced technology of existing products and focusing on the innovation of Product development model;Efforts should be made to improve the integration degree of Yancheng’s downstream sericulture industry from the aspects of innovating the new sericulture marketing model,improving the new ideas of sericulture and medical care,and creating a new format of sericulture and tourism,so as to further promote the sustainable,high-quality and healthy development of Yancheng’s sericulture industry.
