Effects Of Plant Growth Regulator On Growth Of Flowers And Fruits Of ’Shine Muscat’

In the paper,’Shine Muscat’ grape as the tested materials,studied the effects of treatment of GA3 and different concentration of TDZ on growth of ’Shine Muscat’ grape,the effects of treatment of GA3,TDZ and CPPU on growth of ’Shine Muscat’ grape,the effects of treatment of CPPU before full bloom on growth of ’Shine Muscat’ grape.The main results were as followed:1.Treatments of CPPU with different concentration on ’Shine Muscat’ grape before bloom,the results showed:Treatment of CPPU before full bloom can significantly lengthen the length of inflorescence,improve the comprehensive furit quality and peel color,and the effect was improved with the increase of CPPU concentration.2.GA3 combined with different concentrations of TDZ and CPPU were treated at full bloom and 15 days after full bloom,respectively.The results showed:The effects of GA3 with TDZ at full bloom,GA3 with CPPU at 15 days after full bloom on fruit quality and peel coloration were better than that of GA3 with CPPU at both periods,while treatment of GA3 with CPPU at both periods were better than GA3 with CPPU at full bloom,GA3 with TDZ at 15 days after full bloom.In addition,GA3 with TDZ before bloom and GA3 with TDZ 15 days after full bloom can both improve the comprehensive quality of fruits.3.GA3 with different concentrations of TDZ were used to treat ’Shine Muscat’ grape twice at full bloom and 15 days after full bloom,the results showed:The longitudinal and transverse diameters and fruit quality increased significantly,fruit shape index decreased significantly,soluble solids content did not change significantly,titratable acid content increased significantly.The peel brightness decreased,but there was no significant difference in other color indexes.In addition,treatment of GA3 and TDZ at full bloom played a decisive role in the two treatments,and the improvement of fruit quality and peel color increased with the increase of TDZ concentration.Generally speaking,in the production of’Shine Muscat’ grape,CPPU should be used with 5 mg/L to treat the inflorescence before flowering,GA3 25 mg/L+TDZ 5 mg/L should be used at full bloom,and GA3 25 mg/L should be used at 15 days after full bloom to improve the comprehensive quality and commercial value of the fruits,reduce the difficulty and intensity of fruit pruning and reduce the labor cost...
