The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of different levels of rattan tea flavonoids(AGF)on growth performance, serum biochemistry, immunity and antioxidant indexes of weaned piglets, explore the feasibility of replacing dietary antibiotics as feed additive, and preliminarily determine the appropriate addition level,in order to provide theoretical basis and data support for the rational development and utilization of camellia flavonoids and its application in livestock production. The experiment selected 75 healthy 0.5k weaned piglets with similar weight(6.11 ± 0.5 kg),which were random Ly divided into 5groups according to the principle of similar weight, with three replicates in each group. The trial period was 7 days, and the formal period was 30 days. The ration treatment is as follows:(1)Basic diet(blank control group);(2)basic diet + amoxicillin soluble powder 10%+ 80% + compound sulfa sodium powder(positive control group);(3)bas ic diet + 0.25%AGF;(4)basic diet + 0.5% AGF;(5)basic diet + 0.75% AGF.Test 1,14 and 30 d were weighed and used to calculate the growth index at 8 am.Two best growing piglets were selected for each replicate on the 30 d to collect serum for detecting serum biochemical, antioxidant and immune indexes. The results compared with the blank control group showed that:(1)0.5% AGF can significantly increase the average daily weight gain(P <0.05)of the test piglets at 1-30 d,and reduce the material to weight ratio.(2)0.5% AGF can significantly increase the average daily weight gain(P <0.05)of the test piglets at 1-30 d,and reduce the material to weight ratio;(3)The 0.5% AGF significantly reduced the cough and asthma rate of 14-30 d piglets(p<0.05),consistent with the antibiotic effect.(4)n terms of economic benefits, the average profit of piglets in the 0.5% AGF group increased by 22.84 yuan compared with the blank control group.(5)The addition of 0.5% and 0.75% AGF significantly increased serum albumin and glucose levels(p <0.05);the addition of 0.5% AGF significantly reduced the activity of aminase and urea nitrogen(p <0.05)with similar effect to antibiotics;the addition of 0.25%AGF significantly reduced serum cholesterol levels(p <0.05).(6)The addition of 0.5% AGF significantly improved the activity of serum glutathione peroxidase and catalase in piglets to improve the total antioxidant capacity and reduced malondialdehyde levels(p <0.05).(7)Addition of 0.25% and 0.5% AGF significantly increased the serum content of Ig G and Ig M(p <0.05),and addition of 0.5% AGF significantly reduced the levels of INF-,INF-,and IL-2(p <0.05).In conclusion, camellia flavone(AGF)can improve the growth performance of weaned piglets, reduce diarrhea rate, and improve digestion and absorption capacity, reduce cough and asthma rate, alleviate respiratory diseases, and improve the economic benefit of piglets.According to comprehensive analysis,0.5% is the optimal amount and can replace antibiotics under certain conditions. |
