| China is one of the largest oil crop importers in the world,and the self-sufficiency rate of edible vegetable oil is less than 40%,while rape is the largest oil crop in China,accounting for 47% of domestic vegetable oil.Developing mechanization is an important choice for increasing production and reducing loss,saving cost and increasing efficiency,and an effective means to expand planting area,increase total yield and ensure supply.Hunan province has the largest rapeseed planting area in China.It is of great significance to scientifically evaluate the development level of rapeseed production mechanization,find out its outstanding shortcomings and weaknesses,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions based on this,for improving the development level of rapeseed production mechanization in Hunan province and contributing to the rapeseed industry in China.Based on the relevant research results,this paper follows the transformation of traditional agriculture theory,agricultural sustainable development theory,according to the requirements of the "fourteenth Five-year" National Agricultural Mechanization Development Plan "of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs,adhere to the principles of scientific,operable and comparable.The evaluation index system of rapeseed production mechanization development level in Hunan province was constructed from four dimensions of agricultural machinery equipment level,agricultural machinery operation level,agricultural machinery socialized service level and production comprehensive benefit.Ahp and entropy method were used to comprehensively determine the weight of each index.Four representative counties(cities)of rape planting were selected from pinghu,hilly and mountainous areas of Hunan Province as the research object,and the development level of rape production mechanization in 12 counties(cities)in 2020 was calculated and compared.The results showed that :(1)pinghu region had the highest level of agricultural machinery operation and production benefit,hilly region had the highest level of agricultural machinery equipment and social service,and mountainous region had the highest green ecological benefit.(2)The main indexes that affected the development level of rapeseed production mechanization were the level of planting and sowing machinery equipment,the level of harvesting machinery equipment,the level of tillage and land preparation machinery,the level of planting and sowing machinery,the level of harvesting machinery,the level of socialized service of agricultural machinery operation,and the increase rate of income of agricultural machinery operation service;(3)the main reason for the differences between various counties(city)score is farm machinery purchase subsidies,agricultural machinery matching degree,agricultural machinery and equipment research and development application ability,degree of cultivated land should be machine is changed,rapeseed varieties,rape planting form,operation of agricultural machinery service organization scale,the degree of specialization of agricultural machinery service organization,strength of green degree of informatization construction of agricultural machinery,agricultural machinery,etc.;(4)According to the final score,the 12counties(cities)were divided into three types: A,B and C.The mechanization development of rapeseed production was unbalanced in most counties(cities),and the counties(cities)with high development level all had their own outstanding advantages.According to the size of the index weight and the analysis of the empirical results,from "swallow the rape of fully mechanized short board,classification advance land renovation work,to speed up the development of appropriate machine advanced applicable agricultural machinery and implement of rapeseed,and promote the matching of supply and demand of agricultural machinery operation services,build green efficient rapeseed production policy system and so on five aspects put forward countermeasures and Suggestions,In order to promote hunan province rape production mechanization of high quality development. |
