| With the continuous development of agriculture and technology,the consumption of water resources is increasing day by day,and the rational use of water resources has become a topic of widespread concern.Smart irrigation is a new type of irrigation based on IOT technology,which realises accurate and automatic management of farmland through numerical control system,which not only achieves increased crop yield and harvest,but also effectively saves water resources consumption.Therefore,this paper combines Internet of Things technology and cloud platform technology to design a cloud service platform for intelligent irrigation control of large fields.The main research results of the paper are as follows:(1)A hardware product,an intelligent irrigation controller,is developed based on an embedded computer system.The combination of embedded technology and the valve control system,from the initial forward and reverse control of the valve motor to the continuous improvement of its functions and algorithms,and finally the valve can achieve 0-100% opening and closing degree precision control.The valve control system is designed as a controller capable of controlling 2-way motors,and the STM32F103 chip is selected as the main control chip of the embedded valve control system.(2)An intelligent irrigation control system is built with the intelligent irrigation visualisation and analysis management cloud platform as the centre and the dual-mode intelligent irrigation controller as the terminal node,which can be both remotely controlled and locally operated.The dual-mode intelligent irrigation controller can be connected to the cloud platform in two ways,one is to install the Lo Ra wireless module,and the Lo Ra private network gateway to form a wireless LAN,the Lo Ra private network gateway through the base LAN to access the cloud platform to achieve remote control;the other is to install the 4G CAT.1 low-cost communication module,directly through the nearby mobile communication base station to access the Internet,and thus The other is to equip a 4G CAT.1 low-cost communication module and directly access the internet through a nearby mobile communication base station,thus establishing a connection with the cloud platform for remote communication.(3)An intelligent irrigation control cloud service platform based on Saa S technology has been developed to act as a bridge between the user and the equipment communication.When the device is off-grid,the interface for user operation is the local edge computing gateway or the irrigation assistant applet.The services provided by the cloud platform include smart irrigation controller,remote video monitoring device,application services,database,mobile phone end APP or applet,WEB end user interface,etc.(4)After completing the development and testing of the main functions of the system and platform,it was put into practical application in a large state-owned farm in northern Jiangsu.According to the user’s requirements,several pumping stations in the farm were intelligently upgraded,and the remote control function of multiple pumps containing various categories was realised.The user can control any of the pumps in all pumping stations throughout the irrigation area from a computer in the control room without having to leave home.This paper addresses the shortcomings of existing intelligent irrigation control systems on the market in terms of control,power supply and communication,thus enabling a shift from automated to intelligent irrigation. |
