The Comparative Analysis Of Comprehensive Benefits Of Different Scale Pastures Based On Theperspective Of Combining Planting And Breeding

Over the past twenty years,the dairy farming industry in Inner Mongolia has achieved rapid growth,while also facing unprecedented challenges.Governments at all levels have invested tremendous energy,based on sustainable and green development,to orderly promote the integration of dairy farming and breeding.This article evaluates the ecological,social,and economic benefits of different scale pastures in Tuoketuo County from the perspective of combining planting and breeding,which has certain practical significance.This article utilizes first-hand research data obtained from different scales of planting and breeding integrated pastures in Tuoketuo County,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Select three representative dairy farms based on the model of fecal pollution control and the type of forage planted.Based on three typical cases of Inner Mongolia Tuoketuo County Hengfu Animal Husbandry Co.,Ltd.,Inner Mongolia Feifei Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Co.,Ltd.,and Inner Mongolia Mengwang Animal Husbandry Co.,Ltd.,this paper analyzes the actual situation of the integration of breeding and breeding in the dairy farming industry of Inner Mongolia Tuoketuo County,the manure treatment mode,and the interest connection mechanism between the breeding farm and farmers under the integration of breeding and breeding.The entropy method is used to compare and analyze the ecological,economic,and social benefits of the three typical pastures.Draw the following conclusion.Firstly,for the ecological benefits of different scale pastures in Tuoketuo County,Inner Mongolia,the main factors are that most ranchers have limited or even shortage of farmland,limited ability to absorb fecal pollution,and some farmers cannot meet the standards of pastures.In addition,due to technical and overall cost reasons,most of the fertilizer is used during the planting process,and the fecal pollution of the pastures cannot be absorbed,which has an impact on the ecological environment of the pastures and surrounding areas,Resulting in the inability of the ranch to extract ecological benefits.Secondly,due to the fact that the staff of different scale farms can only simultaneously undertake a professional job of planting or breeding during the operation process,the salary expenses of the farms increase,the operating costs increase,and the economic benefits of the farms decrease.Thirdly,due to the lack of close cooperation between the ranch and surrounding farmers.Due to the high rent of surrounding farmers’ farmland,the pasture is unable to rent the surrounding farmers’ farmland,ultimately affecting social benefits.Based on the above conclusions,this article proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: firstly,strengthen the interest connection between ranches and farmers,form a community,provide technical support for fecal pollution reduction by ranches,and assist farmers in building silage tanks,biogas digesters,and purchasing fecal treatment facilities.On the one hand,it can enable farmers to plant forage that meets the purchasing standards of the ranch,and on the other hand,farmers can help the ranch eliminate fecal pollution,forming a mutually beneficial and win-win situation.Secondly,governments at all levels should improve relevant support policies,establish subsidy policies for farmers,and encourage farmers to actively participate in the integration of planting and breeding.In addition,the government should establish a special support fund for circular agriculture,and relevant departments can coordinate and arrange funds to focus on supporting the integration of planting and breeding,taking into account farmers’ income,and solve financial difficulties for different scale pastures that combine planting and breeding,improving economic benefits.Finally,rural cooperatives will undertake the third-party role to promote the land circulation of surrounding villages through the integration of planting and breeding,thereby driving the income increase of surrounding farmers and attracting surplus labor from surrounding villages,promoting the deep integration of the planting and breeding industry.
