China as a large agricultural country,straw production ranks first in the world,at present,most of the corn straw in most areas of Henan is directly tiled after crushing,and some of the implementation of deep burial return,although this way of returning the field greatly improves the utilization rate of straw,but far from the complete nutrition of corn straw,and straw in the process of decay,easy to breed bacteria,improper handling will produce pests to the next season’s crops.This requires exploring new methods of returning straw to the field,and developing supporting machinery according to the agronomic integration of agricultural machinery and the actual planting of corn in the Henan Plain.In view of a series of diseases and pests that may be caused by low maize return rate and full return to the field,the new method of returning corn straw to the field was explored,and on the basis of the existing returning machine,the "straw-soil" mixed material return conveying technology was innovatively proposed,and the straw returning machine was proposed to be organically combined with the trencher,hoist,extrusion molding mechanism,etc.,and the "straw-soil" mixed returning machine was designed,which was powered by tractor traction and powered by the mixed material conveying mechanism.Composite pipe forming mechanism and soil covering mechanism are composed of three parts.Among them,the conveying mechanism is one of the key factors to ensure the efficiency of the whole machine,including straw picking mechanism,screw conveying mechanism,fan conveying,etc.,of which the picking mechanism is the core to ensure that the ground straw is picked up,the screw conveying mechanism is to ensure the smooth conveying of straw,the fan conveying and secondary crushing mechanism is the key to ensure the qualification rate of straw shear length,the ditching mechanism is the basis for achieving deep burial return,the soil conveying mechanism includes screw conveying auger and chain scraper elevator,which is to ensure smooth soil transportation,The mixed material extrusion molding mechanism adopts screw auger to extrude the mixed material into a hollow cylinder.Preliminary tests have found that the machine can realize the full amount of straw-soil extrusion molding in the corn field after harvest in the Henan Plain.This paper mainly focuses on the front-end conveying system of the mixed field returning machine,and the main contents are as follows:1)Study the structure of the whole machine,design the structure of the conveying system,including the picking mechanism,screw conveying mechanism and fan conveying mechanism,select the extrusion molding mechanism,ditching mechanism and chain conveying mechanism,soil covering mechanism,etc.,and design the transmission layout of the whole machine.2)The key components of the conveying system include straw picking mechanism,screw conveying mechanism,fan conveying mechanism and picking cavity and fan cavity are simulated and analyzed,and the analysis shows that the hammer claw and Y-shaped knife of the picker tool meet the stress requirements,and the first 6th-order modal mode shape meets the vibration requirements and will not resonate;By analyzing the internal fluid characteristics of the picking chamber and the fan cavity,the stress cloud and pressure cloud diagram are viewed to clarify the maximum position of stress and pressure during the working process;Through the discrete element simulation analysis of the picker,conveyor auger and fan conveying mechanism,the results show that during the working process,the DC picker has the highest picking rate of 81.85% when the driving speed is 0.6m/s and the speed is2100r/min,the thickness of the screw conveying auger blade is 4mm,the pitch is 160 mm,the blade radius is 76 mm,the speed is 2100,the conveying efficiency is the highest,which is81.00%,and the wind turbine speed is 2100r/min.When the feeding amount is 9.4kg/s,the conveying efficiency is the highest,which is 91.49%.3)According to the complexity of field operation conditions,according to the agronomic integration of agricultural machinery,the mixed field return machine was tested in the field,mainly including straw picking rate,straw shear length qualification rate and mixed material extrusion molding,preliminary tests show that the tool can achieve full corn straw return to the field,mixed material extrusion molding qualification rate is 94.4%,to meet the use requirements.
