| Glutinous corn is an important component of fresh corn and plays an important role in improving people’s daily dietary structure and living standards.With the continuous growth of the glutinous corn industry,it is particularly important to analyze the advantages and genetic research of the agronomic traits of glutinous corn.This article selects 12 waxy corn inbred lines with significant phenotypic genetic differences as parents,using incomplete diallel hybridization method(7 × 5)35 hybrid combinations were designed and matched.Heritability analysis,heterosis analysis and combining ability analysis were carried out for parents and hybrid generation 1 to screen out excellent hybrid combinations,and 8 agronomic traits of P1,F1,P2,B1,B2 and F2 of heterosis hybrid combination Y03 were studied using the mixed genetic model analysis method of quantitative trait major gene+polygene multi generation.The test results are as follows:The order of broad sense heritability from large to small is ear position,stem diameter,plant height,ear diameter,ear length,bald tip length,100 grain weight,axle weight,number of grains per row,axle weight,number of rows per ear.The narrow sense heritability in descending order is plant height,100 grain weight,row number per ear,ear position,ear diameter,bald tip length,axis diameter,ear length,stem diameter,ear weight,grain number per row,axis weight.Through heterosis analysis on multiple characters of 35 hybrid combinations,it can be concluded that the average heterosis and super parent heterosis of most characters are more positive than negative.In this experiment,Y03,Y06,Y20,Y25,Y31,Y35 among the 12 parent material groups screened out are used as heterosis combinations.According to the analysis of variance of combining ability for 12 personality traits of 12 parents,all P1 × The SCA variances of P2 all reached extremely significant levels,and V02,V08,and V11 were comprehensively evaluated as excellent parents.By combining these inbred lines,hybrid combinations with excellent traits can be obtained.According to the special combining ability effect size of each character,the combinations with excellent performance in most characters were Y13,Y24,Y19,Y03,Y21 and Y14.The most suitable model for plant height and ear diameter traits in the dominant combination Y03 is the B-2 model(additive dominant model).The optimal model for ear position and ear length traits is the C-0 model(additive dominant epistatic polygenic genetic model).The optimal model for stem diameter and grain number per row traits is the B-1 model(additive dominant epistatic model).The optimal model for the traits of ear rows and 100 grain weight is the E-3model(two pairs of additive main genes+additive dominant polygene model). |
