As the main form of supply for Chinese New Year’s Eve flowers,off-season cultivation of tree peony lacks research on dwarfing and nutrient rejuvenation techniques in production.Dwarfing techniques are beneficial for off-season cultivation of tree peony in home horticulture and indoor table use,increasing the application range of tree peony,and also playing an important role in packaging and transportation of off-season cultivation tree peony;Nutritional rejuvenation technology can better reuse off-season cultivated tree peony,effectively reducing waste and saving costs.This study takes 3-5 year old potted tree peony as the experimental object to analyze the effects of different light quality,light intensity,and hormone treatments on winter induced dwarfing of cultivated tree peony;at the same time,compare the effects of different altitude environments on the dwarfing of tree peony under autumn suppression cultivation.In addition,a study was conducted on the nutritional rejuvenation of tree peony after promoting the cultivation of flowers in winter using different fertilizers.To provide theoretical basis for promoting the reuse of cultivated tree peony and expanding their application forms.The main results of this study are as follows:(1)Long duration of light has a dwarfing effect on ’Xiangtian’,high intensity of light has a better dwarfing effect on ’Luhehong’ and ’Baiyuan Hongxia’,short duration of blue light treatment has a better dwarfing effect on most indicators of ’Luhehong’ and ’Baiyuan Hongxia’,low concentration of paclobutrazol(1 g/L)has a significant dwarfing effect on’Xiangtian’ and ’Jinpaohong’,and high concentration of chloramphenicol(1.5 g/L)has a better dwarfing effect on ’Luhehong’ The dwarfing effect of ’Jinpaohong’ is the best;(2)Compared to air-conditioned and sunny room cultivation environments,high-altitude cultivation environments are more conducive to inhibiting the growth of cultivated tree peony in autumn.The growth indicators of tree peony in high-altitude cultivation environments are higher than those in air-conditioned and sunny room cultivation environments,which improves the flowering rate and ornamental value of suppressed cultivated tree peony and effectively reduces costs in the production process.(3)Applying carbon based nutrient fertilizers can effectively improve soil physical and chemical properties.Carbon based nutrient fertilizers significantly improve soil particle structure,increase soil water holding capacity,reduce bulk density,and improve soil nutrient conditions.Compared with CK,the soil nutrients such as total nitrogen,cation exchange capacity,available nitrogen,available phosphorus,and available potassium increased by20.00%,51.98%,234.56%,20.09%,and 67.65% after CNF1 treatment.There was no significant difference in soil total phosphorus and total potassium content among different treatments.Applying water-soluble composite fertilizers can effectively improve the nutritional content of tree peony roots.Under SF2 treatment,the increase in nitrogen and phosphorus elements was the most significant,increased by 18.89% and 29.33%respectively compared to CK treatment.Applying carbon based nutrient fertilizers can promote plant growth and increase plant flowering rate.The leaf area of tree peony plants treated with CNF1 increased by 35.62%,chlorophyll content increased by 71.65%,and soluble sugar content increased by 30.86%.Meanwhile,the next year flowering rate of tree peony treated with CNF1 was significantly higher than other treatments,reaching 75.77%,and the plant traits were good.
