| The tree peony is one of ten famous precious flowers, and has longer than 2000years cultivation history in China. Heze has glorious peony cultivation history andextremely riched in the cultivated resources. Heze peony has nine color series and nineforms including more than 1140 cultivated tree peonies at present. Heze is the importantbase of tree peony production, the exportation, the scientific research and sightseeing.But overall, disorder cultivated tree peonies, quality-drop and low management benefithad seriously affected the international prestige and industrial production development.The research on cultivated tree peonie s optimization and cultivation technology forHeze peony would have vital significance to protect cultivated tree peonies resources,promote peony quality, enhance the market competitive power, and speed up theindustrial production.The optimization for the Heze cultivated tree peonies, cultivation and acceleratingflower technique was mainly studied in this thesis. The results were as follows,1. Optimization experiment was done on 230 fine cultivated tree peonies after theywere sorted out from more than 1140 cultivated tree peonies resources. 21 finecultivated tree peonies were selected according to the research on growth rhythmobservation and biological characteristic.(1) 4 cultivated tree peonies were selected, which had pure color and suitable forexportation: Ting Ting Yu Li, Guan Shi Mo Yu, Xiang Yu, Zhong Sheng Hong.(2) 5 cultivated tree peonies were selected, which had symmetrical plant, highflowering rate and suitable for flower forcing: Da He Hong, Wu Long Peng Cheng, YinHong Qiao Dui, Er Qiao, Zhao Fen.(3) 4 cultivated tree peonies were selected, which had the characteristics of earlyflower bud differentiation and autumn flowering, and suitable for the National Dayflower acceleration: Zhang Zhi Hong, Xiang Yu, Jing Yu, Bing Zhao Yu Lan.(4) 4 cultivated tree peonies were selected, which had the characteristics of strong adaptability, as disease and insect resistance, salt and alkaloid tolerance: Yin Lin Bi Zhu,Da Zhong Zi, Ling Hua Zhan Lu, Rou Fu Rong.(5) 4 cultivated tree peonies were selected, which had the characteristics ofcompact plant, main root puniness, fibrous root and lateral root vigorous, suitable forpot plant: Shi Ba Hao, Lu He Hong, Zhi Hong, Zhu Sha Lei.2.The key technologies on grafting propagation for peony were as follows,(1)The offshoot reproduction should be done from the last ten-day in September(Autumnal equinox) to the first ten-day in October(Cold dew)..(2)Grafting should be done from the last ten-day in August (Heat's End) to the firstten-day in October (Cold Dew), especially during the first ten-day in September (WhiteDew), the survival rate would be highest.(3) The quick all bar plantig was better than stump planting for produce highquality cion, and the optimal planting time was also the key factor. The vigorous andhealthy sprouts of last year or on the top of annual branch were the best cion.(4) Using the 'Feng Dan' seedling as the stock, the survival rate and growthwere higher than using the Chinese peony and root of the tree peony. Suitable graftmethod should be selected according to the grafts position and stock's condition.(5) The survival rate was the highest and the quantity of new root is the most whenthe graft seedling treated with 1000 mgL-1 indolebutyric acid and 0.1 per cent potassiumphosphate monobasic.(6) 50 cm apart in the row, 50 cm spacing colud reach high Survival rate and thegrowth.(7) Intertill, weeding, watering, fertilizering, plant diseases(such as leaf spot,brown spot and rust) and underground harmful insect control should also be done.3. A new technology to accelerate tree peony flowering as Rooting and Flower-acceleration method was developed.(1) Took up the seedlings during the first ten-day in September (the lunarcalendar), dip the root system in the solution of 100 mgL-1 indolebutyric acid and 0.1per cent potassium phosphate monobasic, put the seedlings to pot immediately after airing, then buried the pot in field, irrigated the water fully. When the temperature fallsat night to 10℃, covered with 15-20cm thick wheat bran on the surface and around thepot, then covered with the mulching film to enhance the temperature. Put the pot togreenhouse 50 days before the Spring Festival.(2)The substrate was mixed with perlite and vermiculite as 1:1 ratio.(3) "Flower Protection Goddess" (view flower), made by the Beijing NatureBiology Production Factory, was as the nutrient solution(4) The advantages of Rooting and Flower- acceleration method were large,colorful and high quality flower, many buds, short time in shed, few times watering,light pot, early bloom and easy rejuvenescence. |
