Corn silage is a kind of fermentation product obtained by using corn stover as raw material.Studies have shown that corn silage has great potential in feeding. The existing research on corn silage is mostly used in ruminants, and less in monogastric animals such as pigs. Therefore, corn silage was added to the diet of gilts of Xinjilin black pigs in different proportions instead of the corresponding proportion of basal diet, and the effect of corn silage addition on the production performance and fecal flora of gilts was explored. In the feeding trial, the trial randomly selected 32 Xinjilin black pig gilts weighing 60.32±3.75 kg.The test was divided into 4 groups with 2 replicates and 4replicates per replicate. In terms of grouping, they were divided into control group(100% basic diet),10% group(90% basic diet + 10% corn silage),20% groups(80%basic diet + 20% corn silage),and 30% group(70% basic diet + 30% corn silage). The trial period of this trial was 67 days, with a prefeed period of 7 days and a formal trial of 60 days. The diet of the Xinjilin black pigs was recorded daily.Blood samples were collected by jugular venipuncture of test pigs on day 60 of the trial.Stool samples are collected 3 days before the test, feces were collected at 200 g each day in triplicate daily. The test results are as follows:(1)Growth performance: Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in the end weight and material weight ratio of the corn silage addition group. In terms of daily gain,Xinjilin black pigs in the experimental group decreased by 55.45 g(P>0.05),87.42 g(P<0.05)and 67.44 g(P<0.05),respectively;Compared with the control group, the daily feed intake of Xinjilin black pigs in the30% group and 10% group was increased, while the daily feed intake of Xinjilin black pigs in the 20% group decreased by 0.37 kg(P<0.05).(2)In terms of apparent digestibility: compared with the control group, the dry matter digestibility of the 20% group and the 30% group decreased by 4%(P<0.05)and 6%(P <0.05),while the dry matter digestibility of the 10% group was not different from that of the control group(P>0.05);Among the apparent crude ash digestibility, the digestibility of apparent crude ash increased by 18%(P<0.05)and2%(P<0.05)in the 10% group and the 20% group, respectively, and there was no difference between the 30% group and the control group.Compared with the control group, the digestibility of crude fat increased by 13%(P<0.05),13%(P<0.05)and6%(P>0.05)respectively.Compared with the control group, the digestibility of crude fiber decreased by 6%,(P<0.05),32%(P<0.05)and 32%(P<0.05);Compared with the control group, crude protein digestibility increased by 5%(P<0.05),20%group and 30% group decreased by 7%(P<0.05)and 5%(P< 0.05)(3)Serum biochemical indexes: Compared with the control group, the corn silage addition group had no significant difference between the total protein, globulin, immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin M than the control group.Compared with the control group, the albumin content of the maize silage addition group decreased by 8.29%(P<0.05)and 4.47%(P>0.05),respectively.11.37%(P<0.05);Compared with the control group, serum urea nitrogen in the experimental group decreased by 71.27%(P<0.05)and 68.42%(P< 0.05)and 72.38%(P<0.05).(4)Serum antioxidant indexes: Compared with the control group, there were no significant differences in total antioxidant capacity, catalase, superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde in the experimental groups of corn silage addition. In glutathione catalase, compared with the control group, the 10% group decreased by42.59%(P>0.05),20% and 30% increased by 148.55%(P<0.05)and 117.86%,respectively(P<0.05).(5)Growth hormone indexes: porcine insulin and porcine insulin factor 1 in the corn silage addition group were not significantly compared with the control group.Compared with the control group, the growth hormone content in the experimental group decreased by 29.21%(P<0.05),11.50%(P>0.05)and 17.12%(P< 0.05);Compared with the control group, the somatostatin test group was reduced by 55.75%(P<0.05),55.3%(P<0.05)and 24.83%(P> 0.05)。 Compared with the control group, the triiodine thyroid gland in the experimental group decreased by47.81%(P<0.05),35.38%(P>0.05)and 18.17%(P> 0.05);Compared with the control group, thyroid hormones in the experimental group increased by 142.43%(P<0.05),99.08%(P<0.05)and 76.52%(P< 0.05).(6)Fecal microorganisms: Among the α diversity of fecal microorganisms, ther e were no significant differences in the Simpson index, chaol index,ACE index and G oods_coverage index compared with the control group, and the corn silage addition gr oup.In the Shannon index, the 30% group and 10% increased by 1.48(P<0.05)respe ctively compared with the control group.1.62(P<0.05),while the 20% group decreas ed by 0.2(P<0.05);The results of the fecal microbial α diversity test showed that t here were significant differences in fecal microbial community structure between the20% and 30% groups and the 10% group and the control group.Phylum-level species abundance calculations indicate.Firmicutes,Bacteroidota and Proteobacteria were th e most abundant in the experimental and control groups, and were also the absolute do minant microbial phylum in feces. At the genus level,[Eubacterium]_coprostanolige nes_group and Streptococcus and UCG-002 are the absolute dominant genus.Compar ed with the control group, the black pigs in Xinjilin were significantly improved in all maize silage treatment groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,Prevotella(Genus Prevotella)was improved by 0.07(P<0.05)in the 20% group and 0.01(P< 0.05),an improvement of 0.04(P<0.05)in the 30% group. The above results showed that the addition of corn silage could improve the prod uction performance of gilts in Xinjilin black pig and optimize their fecal microbiota st ructure. The test Xinjilin black pig gilts with 10% corn silage addition were similar to the control group in all respects.
