The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of adding different levels of mushroom residue fermentation feed to the sow’s late pregnancy and lactation diets on the reproductive performance, lactation performance, health performance, fecal flora structure, blood physiological and biochemical indicators and immune indexes of To explore the feasibility of using shiitake residue fermented feed as a functional additive in sow feed. The experiment selected 200 healthy “long × big” sows on the 85 th day of pregnancy, and randomly divided them into 5 treatment groups according to the principle of balanced distribution of genetic background, body condition, parity and reproductive performance, with 40 repeats in each treatment group,Repeat one sow each. The control group was fed with basic diet, and the experimental group sows added 1.0%,3.0%,5.0%,7.0% of mushroom residue fermentation feed to the basic diet. The test started from the 85 th day of gestation of the sow to the end of weaning at 21 days postpartum.Research indicates:(1)Production performance: Compared with the control group, the addition of 3.0%shiitake mushroom fermented feed to the diet can significantly increase the daily weight gain of suckling piglets(P<0.05);adding 3.0%,5.0%,and 7.0% respectively can significantly increase The average daily feed intake of sows during lactation(P<0.05).The addition of different levels of shiitake mushroom fermented feed to the diet had no significant effect on the number of litters, live litters, newborn litter weight, newborn birth weight(P> 0.05).(2)Serum indicators: Compared with the control group, the addition of 5.0% and 7.0%shiitake mushroom fermented feed to the diet can significantly reduce the content of triglyceride(TG)in the serum of sows after 21 days(P<0.05);5.0% The amount of added can significantly increase the content of alkaline phosphatase(ALP)(P<0.05).There was no significant change in the total protein(TP)and albumin(ALB)content of fermented feed of mushroom residue with different levels of addition(P> 0.05);the total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)content of 3.0% added group significantly increased(P<0.05),the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)3.0% added group,5.0% added group,7.0% added group significantly improved(P<0.05),the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)3.0% added group,5.0Compared with the control group,the%-added group and 7.0%-added group were significantly lower(P<0.05).The different feed levels of mushroom residue fermentation feed on catalase(CAT)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)There was no significant effect on the content(P>0.05);the Ig G content in the 3.0% added group,5.0% added group and7.0% added group were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the fermented feed of mushroom residue with different added levels had no significant Ig A content Impact(P>0.05).(3)Lactation performance: Compared with the control group, the addition of 5.0% and7.0% mushroom residue in the diet can significantly increase the content of milk protein and non-fat solids in normal milk(P<0.05).Fermented feed with shiitake mushroom residues at different levels had no significant effect on the milk fat and lactose contents in normal milk(P>0.05).(4)Fecal flora: Compared with the control group, the addition of 3.0%,5.0%,and 7.0%mushroom residue fermentation feed to the diet can significantly affect the number of lactobacilli and Escherichia coli in fresh feces of sows(P<0.05),but The difference in total bacterial count in feces was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: Adding 3.0%-7.0% of mushroom residue fermentation feed to the sow diet can increase the feeding intake of lactating sows, promote the daily weight gain of piglets, improve the blood index of sows and balance the microflora structure of the intestinal tract. The results of this study confirmed that the shiitake mushroom residue can be applied to animal husbandry through fermentation, turning waste into treasure, and making full use of resources, which not only solves the environmental pollution problem of shiitake mushroom residue, but also expands the feed production space with great potential.
