This test selects no significant difference of the tire (5-9), Body condition, backfat binary mixed 48 sows(P>0.05),divided into eight groups of three replicates of 2 sow.Stage 1 is from pregnancy 75d to 90d to promote the development of b reast.Stage 2 is from pregnancy 91d to 114d to promote the rapid of growth a nd development of the fetus,to the end of the 21 days of lactation. The results showed that:(1) Reproductive performance:Add 0.5% IMO,0.5% IMO+0.05CBM%,0.5% IMO+0.10CBM% on average piglet birth weight was significant effect level (P<0.05). In terms of litter weight at birth, Group 6 (0.5% IMO+0.10CBM%) of the average piglet litter weight at birth was significant effect level (P<0.05). In healthy rate, Group 6 (0.5% IMO+0.10CBM%) and significantly higher than the first and third group (P<0.05).(2) Sows body condition indexes:Adding 0.15% CBM can increase sow feed intake significantly(P<0.05). Univariate adding 0.5% IMO makes sows lochia average duration significantly decreased (P<0.05). In univariate and add CBM and IMO+ CBM interactions showed significant (P<0.05). In estrus interval. Adding 0.10% CBM,0.15% CBM, estrus interval 0.15% CBM+ 0.5% IMO group were significantly lower (P<0.05), and in the IMO+ CBM interaction terms showed significant (P<0.05).(3) Lactation performance:In terms of milk protein,5,6,7 group (IMO+ CBM in combination group) were significantly higher (P<0.05). In terms of milk fat,6 were significantly higher (P<0.05). In terms of non-fat solids,3,6 group were significantly higher (P<0.05). On the whole, adding IMO and CBM can effectively improve the nutritional level of the sow’s colostrum. Butterfat content aspect, IMO and CBM interactions performed significantly (P<0.05). Adding non-fat solids content of 0.05% CBM, and 0.15% CBM group were significantly higher than 0% CBM group (P<0.05).(4)The apparent nutrient digestibility:In terms of crude protein, group 6,7 was significantly higher than group 1 (P<0.05). In terms of crude fiber, group7 was significantly higher (P<0.05). In terms of calcium, Group 6 were significantly higher (P<0.05). In terms of phosphorus, the first group was significantly higher than group 6,7 and 1 (P<0.05). Univariate add IMO, CBM on protein, phosphorus digestibility was significantly (P<0.05), and the IMO and CBM interaction effect on phosphorus digestibility was significantly (P<0.05).(5) Sow serum biochemical parameters:In TP, Glo aspect, the first group are the highest total protein content, and they were significantly higher than group 3,7 (P<0.05). In the A/G ratio aspect, the highest ratio in Group 7. In blood sugar, group 3,4,5 were significantly higher. Univariate and interaction effects showed that adding 0.05% CBM TP group was significantly higher than 0.15% CBM group (P<0.05). Adding 0.05% CBM Group cholesterol levels were significantly higher than 0% CBM and 0.10% CBM group (P<0.05). Adding 0.15% CBM TG levels were significantly higher than that added 0.05% CBM group (P<0.05).(6) Lactating sows serum immune indexes:The first group 3,4,6 IgG levels were significantly higher (P<0.05), the level of immunity to Group 6 is the highest.3,4,5 group IgM were significantly higher (P<0.05).3 and 4 of IgA were significantly higher (P<0.05). Univariate added 0.5% IMO IgG group was significantly higher than 0% IMO group (P<0.05), and individually add CBM, IMO+CBM interactions showed significant (P<0.05). IgM levels in the IMO and CBM interaction terms showed significant (P0<0.05).(7) Lactating sows Fecal indicator bacteria:It was significantly higher (P<0.05) in the third and fifth groups Fecal Bifidobacterium. The first group of lactic acid bacteria levels 1,5,7 fecal samples contained significantly higher (P<0.05). Univariate added 0.15% CBM group of bifidobacteria was significantly higher than 0% CBM group (P<0.05), and the performance in terms of IMO+CBM interaction significantly (P<0.05). Add 0.05% CBM group number of lactic acid bacteria fecal samples were significantly higher than 0% CBM group (P<0.05).(8) Growth performance of piglets:Group6,7 piglets average litter weight were significantly higher (P<0.05). The first group 3,5,6,7 average weaning weight were significantly higher (P<0.05).6,7 Group diarrhea were significantly lower than the control group and the group 1,4 (P<0.05) single factor is added an average weaning weight of 0.15% CBM group was significantly higher than 0% CBM group and 0.05% CBM (P<0.05), and the performance in the IMO+CBM interactions significantly better than single factor (P<0.05). Univariate added 0.15% CBM group average weaning weight was significantly higher than 0% CBM group and 0.05% CBM (P<0.05), and the performance in terms of IMO+CBM interaction significantly (P<0.05). Adding diarrhea rate level of 0.50% IMO group were significantly lower than 0% IMO group (P<0.05), adding diarrhea rate level of 0.15% CBM group and 0.10% CBM group was significantly lower than 0% CBM group (P<0.05).(9) Biochemical indices in terms of piglets:Adding 0.50% IMO,0.5%IMO+ 0.05CBM%,0.5% IMO+0.10CBM% of piglets affect the results of the indicators is relatively good, and adding 0.50% IMO GLU levels were significantly higher than 0% IMO group (P<0.05).(10) Adding 0.50% IMO,0.5% IMO+0.05CBM%,0.5% IMO+0.10CBM% immunoglobulin Index of Piglets relatively good, and individually add IMO aspects of performance significantly (P<0.05). Adding 0.15% CBM group of IgA was significantly higher than 0.10% CBM group (P<0.05), and individually adding IMO performance significantly (P<0.05).On the whole, the single factor adding IMO, univariate adding CBM% in terms of interaction with 0.5% IMO,0.5% IMO+0.05CBM,0.5% IMO+0.10CBM group effect is more prominent, and reproductive performance of sows and piglets growth performance greater impact. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Breeding sows, IMO, CBM, Production performance, Colostrum composition, Apparent digestibility, Fecal samples flora, Biochemical index, Serum immunoglobulins | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
