Fertilization is an important tool to promote fig tree growth and improve yield and quality;however, there are few studies on the systematic fertilization of figs, especially on the application of organic fertilizer to figs.In this paper,two-year-old ’Golden Aloft’ figs were grafted in the sunlight greenhouse of Pishan Farm,14 th Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps as the experimental material.Bio-organic fertilizer, different types of farmyard manure, graphene, and mixed fertilizer(bio-organic fertilizer + farmyard manure)were applied during the new growth period(March 5)and fruit expansion period(June 15),respectively,and conventional fertilizer was used as the control to screen out the best fertilizer types and dosage for the production of ’Jin Aofen’ figs in the facility, which can provide the best information for the later stage of fertilization in southern Xinjiang. We screened the best fertilizer types and dosages for the production of ’Jin Ao Fen’ figs in facilities and provided a theoretical basis for the later fertilization of figs in facilities. The main results of the study are as follows:1.In the study of the effect of increasing the application of different amounts of bio-organic fertilizer on the growth and fruiting of figs in facilities,it was found that the best effect was achieved by applying 1.0kg/plant of bio-organic fertilizer. The application of bio-organic fertilizer could improve the content of soil organic matter, total nitrogen,fast-acting phosphorus, and fast-acting potassium;effectively promote fig plant branch stem thickness, reduce plant internode length and improve tree growth;significantly increase fruit single fruit weight, fruit stalk length, single plant fruiting number and yield, and the yield per mu could reach 854.54 kg,which is 1.73 times of conventional fertilizer application;significantly increase the content of soluble sugar, soluble solids, starch, soluble protein, flavonoids and total phenols in fruit,Starch, soluble protein, flavonoids and total phenol content, and titratable acid content were significantly reduced.2.Application of different farmyard manure can increase the content of organic matter,fast-acting phosphorus, and fast-acting potassium in the soil, effectively promote the fig plant branch stem thickness and improve the fig plant tree growth;among them, the best effect was achieved by applying 4.0 kg/plant rabbit manure, which significantly increased the number of fig single plant fruits and yield, and the mu yield could reach 896.31 kg,and the mu yield increased by 81.98% compared with the conventional fertilization management, and significantly improved the soluble solids, soluble sugars, starch, vitamin C and soluble protein content in the fruit.3.After mixed application of bio-organic fertilizer and farmyard manure, the best effect was achieved by applying 2 kg/plant rabbit manure + 0.6 kg/plant bio-organic fertilizer, which improved soil organic matter and total nitrogen and fast-acting(phosphorus and potassium)content, increased plant branch stem thickness and reduced fig plant internode length;significantly increased fruit single fruit weight, fruit longitudinal diameter, single plant yield,mu yield, and fruit soluble solids, soluble The yield per mu reached 876.14 kg,which was 1.77 times higher than that of conventional fertilization treatment.4.In the study of the effects of different amounts of graphene on the growth and fruiting of figs cultivated in facilities,it was found that the best effect of 4.0 ml/plant graphene treatment could increase the organic matter, total nitrogen,fast-acting phosphorus and potassium content in the soil;promote the growth of plant stem thickness and reduce the internode length of fig plants;increase the fruit weight and yield per mu,and its yield reached 745.80 kg,which increased by 51.43% compared with the conventional fertilizer treatment. The yield increased by 51.43% compared with the conventional fertilizer treatment;significantly increased the soluble solids, flavonoids, and total phenol content, and reduced the titratable acid content in the fruit.5.The grey correlation ranking showed that 4.0 kg/plant of rabbit manure was the most effective, followed by 0.6 kg/plant of bio-organic fertilizer + 2.0 kg/plant of rabbit manure > 1.0 kg/plant of bio-organic fertilizer > 4.0 ml/plant of graphene in the production of ’Jin Aofen’ fig cultivation.
