Years of continuous cropping and a large number of chemical fertilizers had a great negative impact for soil structure and quality of tobacco leaf.Although some smoke zone paid attention to the application of farmyard manure, there still have some questions, such as farmyard manure rotten not thoroughly, and the use time and quality of farmyard manure were blind.Experiment was carried out to study the nutrient release of farmyard manure on the process of fermentation and mineralization and its effect on soil physicochemical properties and tobacco quality.which was made by cow dung, pig excrement and corn stalk,Nutrient release of organic fertilizer was studied by method of nylon net bag.(1)The temperature rose quickly in the initial stage of fermentation, but the temperature decreased slowly as time went on.Organic matter of farmyard manure decreased all the time during the fermentation process, but total N,humus acid and humic acid decreased firstly and increased subsequently.Fulvic acid and C/N increased firstly and indreased subsequently and then kept nearly at a constant.Amino acid-nitrogen increased by composting for 14 days and reached a maximum at 35 d.After35 days’ fermentation, farmyard manure’s C/N was 11.54 and T was 0.52,the color was black-brown and had no bad smell, which met the condition of chemical and physical.(2)Organic carbon and organic nitrogen mineralized quickly, and their mineralization rate were86.51% and 90.59% of the whole buried time when buried 70 d.Adding farmyard manure could improve soil available phosphorus, soil available potassium, humus acid, humic acid and fulvic acid;Using farmyard manure had a buffer effect on soil nutrients and humic acid of soil.Using farmyard manure could reduce the H/F of soil in the early. After humic acid coversion, the H/F of soil began to rise.(3)Farmyard manure application increased soil R0.25 ratio(the proportion of soil aggregates greater than 0.25 mm),humus acid, humic acid, soil total carbon, total nitrogen content and C/N.And the treatments applied farmyard manure showed the increase trend of geometric mean diameter(GMD).Conventional fertilizer decreased the GMD of water-stable aggregates. In early stage of transplanting, soil carbon pool management index of the treatments applied farmyard manure was lower than that of conventional fertilization treatment. But with the time passage, soil carbon pool management index of the treatments applied farmyard manure were a peak value and the peak value appear time delayed with the farmyard manure application rate increased. But soil labile carbon index of the treatments applied farmyard manure was lower than that of conventional fertilization treatment.Treatment T3 increased HA/FA in middle stage of tobacco growth.Treatment T4 increased the structure stability of soil water-stable aggregate and soil carbon management index, and its total carbon content of soil humus acid maintained a high level.(4)Adding organic manure could decrease reducing suger and total suger, increase total N,Nic and Cl-.Excess amount of organic manure could decrease K+.Proper application of organic manure couldincrease the contents of cembranoids, phenylalanine products, brown chemical products and excess amount of organic manure might decrease the contents of total aroma component of tobacco leaves. The proper application of farmyard manure could improve the sensory quality, yield and output value of tobacco leaves.but too more farmyard manure might have a negative effect on tobacco leaves.
