Study On The Growth Model Of Heracleum Moellendorffii Hance In The Solar Greenhouse

Abstract/Summary:
Greenhouse crops are affected by different environmental factors during plants growth and development.Study the response of crop growth and development on facility environmental factors and establish a model of crop growth and development in the solar greenhouse are the core basis that can conduct precise control and quantitative management for greenhouse environment and crop growth and development.The research studied the dynamic changes of perennial Heracleum moellendorffii Hance growing and developing in the solar greenhouses with different structure types to analyze the combination of environmental factors that are suitable for the growth and development of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance.On this basis,the growth and development model of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance in the solar greenhouse will established,further predicting Heracleum moellendorffii Hance growing and developing dynamically,which will make the foundation for efficient large-scale production and environmental control and optimization management of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance in the horticultural facilities.Meanwhile,the process of intelligent and digital control of horticultural facilities will be advanced.The main findings are as follows:(1)Variation of light and temperature environments under different structures of solar greenhouses significantly influenced the growth and development of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance.The double-film double-coated solar greenhouse(GreenhouseⅡ)had better light and heat preservation performance,in which the relative growth rate of all morphological indexes including yield was more excellent.The light and temperature environments under these conditions with the average daily air temperature 17.3-22.3℃,the total daily radiation 10.3-16.2 MJ·m-2,the soil temperature 14.5-17.7℃,soil humidity 80.8%-92.3%were more suitable for Heracleum moellendorffii Hance nutrition growing.(2)Through principal component analysis and correlation analysis between environmental factors in the solar greenhouses and Heracleum moellendorffii Hance growing and yield,the environmental principal component factors including daily mean air temperature,daily total solar radiation,daily mean photosynthetic effective radiation,effective accumulated temperature(GDD),radiant heat accumulation(TEP),soil temperature and humidity were screened out,which had great influences on the growth,development and yield of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance.On the basis,the simulation models which the precision was at high level simulated by the test model simulation including natural growth height,stem diameter,maximum leaf area and yield were established by using multiple linear regression method.(3)Under the condition of greenhouse cultivation,the time when the Heracleum moellendorffii Hance entered each phenological period showed that it entered the germination period of perennial at the end of February next year,and entered the leaf-spreading period at the early mid-March,They entered the bud-forming stage at the beginning of May,and started bolting,then entered the flowering period at the early May,the fruit-bearing period occurred in late May,and the seed harvest period at the end of June.In the GreenhouseⅡ,entered the leaf-spreading,bud-forming,bolting,flowering,fruit-bearing and seed harvest time of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance were 2-3 d earlier than Greenhouse I.The simulation structure of the growth period model of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance in the solar greenhouses based on the physiological development time(PDT)was better than that of the effective accumulated temperature.(4)The growth models of leaf area index,growth accumulation and yield of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance in the solar greenhouses were established by observing the dynamic changes of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance growing,the stimulation precision of models of the leaf area index and the growth accumulation based on radiant heat accumulation was more effective than that of the effective accumulated temperatur.The stimulation model of yield prediction model of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance which was constructed based the combination between harvesting index(HI)and radiant heat accumulation were closer to the actual yield compared with the multiple linear regression model.
