As an important medicine and food homologous wild vegetable,Heracleum moellendorffii Hance is not only rich in nutrition,but also has good health care effect.Owing to the unreasonable mining of wild parsley and the seasonality of natural growth,it is difficult to meet the annual needs of people.Herein,the suitable way of relieving dormancy was determined by investigating the effects of low temperature treatment and gibberellin root soaking treatment of different concentrations on the germination and growth of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance.Besides,e,the reasonable cultivation measures for winter production of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance were determined in order to provide theoretical basis for winter production of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance via studying the effects of planting density,fertilizer treatment and relative water content of substrate on the growth of Heracleum moellendorffii Hanc.The conclusion are as follows through this study:(1)Under the outdoor natural conditions,the low temperature treatment for a certain period of time strengthened the plants produced in the greenhouse during hibernation.Besides,the longer the low temperature time was,the easier it was to break the dormancy caused by low temperature.With the increase of low temperature treatment time,the germination time increased at first and then decreased,while the germination rate decreased at first and then increased,among which the outdoor low temperature for 40 days(T40)presented the best effect.Moreover,the older the plant was,the easier it was to break dormancy.(2)A certain concentration of gibberellin could effectively promote the germination of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance,among which 200 mg/kg(G4)soaked for 8 h and 16 h and 150mg/kg(G3)for 24 h had the best effect,which not only had the shortest germination time but also had a high germination rate.Soaking root with 200mg/kg gibberellin(G4)for 16 h contributed to the accumulation of soluble sugar,soluble protein and polysaccharide,while 50mg/kg gibberellin(G1)for 16 h was beneficial to the accumulation of flavonoids,saponins and coumarins.(3)High density made Heracleum moellendorffii Hance tend to show a upright growth,low density made it tend to show a lateral growth,and medium density could effectively increase the contents of flavonoids,saponins,coumarins and polysaccharides.(4)The application of a certain level of carbon-based fertilizer and the most basic f ertilizer of rotten chicken manure was of great benefits to the improvement of the growth and quality of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance,among which 600 kg/667 ㎡ carbon-based fertilizer(T2)showed the best effect.It not only exhibited the highest yield,but also contributed to the accumulation of flavonoids,coumarins,saponins,polysaccharides,soluble pro teins and soluble sugars.(5)When the ratio of peat soil and vermiculite was 2:1 and the relative water content of the mixed matrix was 80%-95%(S3),it is beneficial to the growth of Heracleum moe llendorffii Hance.(6)A set of greenhouse production technology system of Heracleum moellendorffii Ha nce in winter was established.The roots of one-year-old Heracleum moellendorffii Hance were employed as planting material.The roots were soaked with 200 mg/kg gibberellin for 8-16 hours,the planting density was 12000 plants per 667 m2,the dosage of carbon-base d fertilizer as 600 kg/667 m2,and the rotten chicken manure of 1000 kg/667 m2 was use d as base fertilizer.In addition,the soil was kept moist during the growth period for man agement.
