Abstract/Summary:
Coenzyme Q10,vitamin K1 and vitamin E are necessary nutrients for the human body, especially coenzyme Q10 as an important bioactive substance,is a necessary condition for maintaining normal physiological activities.Vitamin K1 plays an indispensable role in the daily diet,by more and more people’s attention.Soybeans contain coenzyme Q10,vitamin K1 and vitamin E,but the current production is far from meeting people’s daily needs.Breeding new soybean varieties with high coenzyme Q10 and vitamin K1 contents and good comprehensive characters is a hot spot in soybean breeding at present.Hefeng 25 of Heilongjiang soybean variety with low vitamin E content and Bayfield of Canadian soybean variety with high vitamin E content were used as parents to obtain F2:19generation RIL from cross.Coenzyme Q10 and vitamin K1 contents were measured by ultra high performance liquid chromatography method.Protein and oil contents were measured by near infrared grain analyzer. And the agronomic characters were investigated in four locations(campus of Northeast Agricultural University,Xiangyang base,Acheng base and Hulan base). The genetic variation and correlation between coenzyme Q10 and Vitamin K1 contents, protein and fat contents and agronomic traits were analyzed. The foundation was laid for breeding new soybean germplasms with high contents of coenzyme Q10 and vitamin K1.The main results were as follows:(1)The average content of coenzyme Q10 under multiple environmental conditions was mainly concentrated in 8.57μg·g-1-9.57μg·g-1.The highest coefficient of variation was 18.78%.The coenzyme Q10 variation was not rich under multiple environmental conditions. The average content of vitamin K1under multiple environmental conditions was mainly concentrated in 22.70μg·100g-1-33.58μg·100g-1.The highest coefficient of variation was 58.32%.The variation of vitamin K1 content was rich under multiple environmental conditions.(2)There may be a significant negative correlation between plant height and seed weight per plant and coenzyme Q10 content in soybean RIL populations, the extremely significant negative correlation between branch number, stem thickness and coenzyme Q10 content in campus. There may be a significant negative correlation between branches number, stem thickness and coenzyme Q10 content in Xiangyang. There may be a significant positive correlation between 100-grain weight and coenzyme Q10content in Hulan. There may be a significant positive correlation between plant height, number of stem nodes and vitamin K1content in Xiangyang. There may be the extremely significant negative correlation between number of stem nodes with vitamin K1 content in Hulan. There may be a significant negative correlation between coenzyme Q10 content and the protein content in campus. There may be a significant positive correlation between coenzyme Q10 content and the fat content in campus and Acheng. And there may be the extremely significant positive correlation between coenzyme Q10 content and the fat content in Xiangyang and Hulan.(3)Fourty lines with high coenzyme Q10content were obtained and thirty-four lines with high coenzyme Q10content were obtained.A total of 14 excellent germplasms were screened out.Three lines with high coenzyme Q10content,high vitamin K1 content and high protein content were obtained.Three lines with high coenzyme Q10content,high vitamin K1content and high fat content were obtained.Six lines with high coenzyme Q10content,high vitamin K1content and high vitamin E content were obtained. One line with high coenzyme Q10content,high vitamin K1content,high vitamin E content and high protein content was obtained. One line with high coenzyme Q10content,high vitamin K1content,high vitamin E content and high fat content were obtained.
