Correlation Analysis Of Vitamin E With Isoflavone,Fat And Protein Of Soybean

Abstract/Summary:
In this study,144 recombinant inbred lines(RILs)derived from cross between Hefeng 25 of Heilongjiang cultivar and Bayfield of Canadian cultivar were used as materials,which were planted in Northeast Agricultural University,Xiangyang Farm,Hulan and Acheng,respectively.The contents of total vitamin E and its components,α-tocopherol,γ-tocopherol andδ-tocopherol in soybean seeds from four areas were determined by High-performance liquid chromatography method.The correlation among Agronomic traits,isoflavone,fat,protein with total vitamin E content and its components in soybean grains was analyzed.The varieties with the high nutrient content were selected from the stable vitamin E population of F2:18generation,which laid a theoretical foundation for synergistic improvement of multiple traits.The main results are as follows:(1)There were significant and rich genetic variations in vitamin E and its components with agronomic traits and isoflavone contents among RILs of soybeans.(2)There was significant positive correlation with theδ-tocopherol content andγ-tocopherol content in four places.There was significant positive correlation with theα-tocopherol content,γ-tocopherol content,δ-tocopherol content and total vitamin E content in four locations.There was positive and significant negative correlation with theα-tocopherol content and the number of main stem nodes in four locations.There was no correlation between other components and agronomic traits.There was no correlation between the isoflavone content andα-tocopherol content in soybean seeds in four locations.There was significant negative correlation with the isoflavone content andγ-tocopherol content in Acheng.There was significant positive correlation with the isoflavone content andδ-tocopherol content in Xiangyang.There was significant positive correlation with the isoflavone content and total vitamin E content.There was significant positive correlation with the fat content of the soybean and theγ-tocopherol content in Acheng.There was no correlation with the fat content of soybeans and theδ-tocopherol content in four locations.There was significant positive correlation with the fat content of soybeans and total vitamin E content in Xiaonei.There was no correlation with protein of soybeans and theα-tocopherol content,δ-tocopherol content in four locations.There was significant positive correlation with protein of soybeans and theγ-tocopherol content in Xiangyang.There was significant positive correlation with protein of soybeans and total vitamin E content in Xiangyang.(3)25 high Vitamin E varieties,22 high isoflavone varietes,1 high fat variety,40 high protein varieties,4 high vitamin E and high isoflavone varieties,5 high vitamin E and high protein varieties,1 high vitamin E and high isoflavone and high protein variety were selected.
