As the international environment is surging,the gloom brought by the domestic epidemic to small and medium-sized developing enterprises has not completely dissipated,and national policies have been adjusted in an orderly manner.Whether it is energy scarcity,rising commodity prices,or uncertain economic environment,all pose challenges to the development and growth of small and medium-sized enterprises.HL Company,founded in 2016,is a forestry planning company in Heilongjiang.HL Company has a high reputation in Heilongjiang,and its initial development scale has expanded rapidly.However,with the expansion of the scale of the enterprise,the future of the enterprise is limited due to the imperfect employee incentive measures.This thesis uses Heilongjiang HL Forestry Planning and Design Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as HL)as the background to discuss the improvement of employee incentive measures and coping strategies.Through the analysis of HL company current management system,we can know the current situation and problems of the company’s management.Based on the above research,this thesis discusses the shackles of the current employee incentive measures on the company,to enrich the content of the company’s own employee incentive measures and provide feasible suggestions for the further optimization of the company’s employee incentive measures.In order to further promote the optimization of incentive theory research system.Through the analysis and research of the problems brought by the current incentive measures of HL Company,scientific and reasonable improvement is carried out on the basis of the existing corporate incentive measures,so that the incentive measures can fully play their role.The article is based on hierarchy of needs theory,two-factor theory,expectation theory and ERG theory.The article applies such research methods as questionnaire survey,literature research,interview and other methods,basing on the conclusion of previous researches to summarize the problems of the employee incentive measures in other Chinese small and medium-sized private enterprises similar to HL company,and provides solutions of our own.The article is divided into 7chapters,in addition to the introduction and conclusion,the chapters respectively introduces fundamental state,organizational settings,staff structure of HL Company,based on which it introduces the Current Situation of incentive measures of HL Company from the aspects of remuneration incentive(including performance incentive)assessment incentive and promotion incentive.According to the questionnaire on employee’s satisfaction and the three aspects mentioned above,the article analyzes the problems of the Incentive measures and the causes.According to the analysis and previous conclusions,the article proposes the principles of incentive system optimization: principle of combining material incentive with spiritual incentive,principle of combining motivator with demotivator,principle of combining business goals with employee goals,principle of fairness,principle of differentiated incentive and principle of feasibility incentive goal.Based on those principles,the article provides Specific optimization suggestions of incentive measures in aspects of remuneration(including performance)promotion and assessment.Finally,the article lists some safeguard measures for the implementation of employee incentive measures of HL Company,which are: pay attention to the management idea renewing of the management layer,pay attention to the implementation of employee incentive measures,effectively carry out the preliminary publicity of employee incentive measures,set up special funds for the incentive measures and improve the organization.As the top priority of human resource management,employee incentive measures is also the core force of healthy development and competitive enhancement of enterprises.If domestic enterprises are willing to carry out sustainable development and stay competitive,it is necessary for them to maintain the reserve and stability of their talent team.So,improving human resources management and the establishment of employee incentive measures are of great significance to domestic enterprises in the facing the severe situations at home and abroad.Based on these facts,the article strives to provide help and reference for the human resources management of companies of this kind. |
