Equity incentive,as a kind of talent incentive mechanism of cohesion and benefit sharing,is widely used not only in new economy enterprises,but also in traditional enterprises.To share the dividend of enterprise development with employees in the form of equity incentive,and to take equity incentive as a long-term market-oriented incentive mechanism,plays an important role in fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of talents,promoting the maintenance and appreciation of enterprise assets,and promoting the development of enterprises.Equity incentive is mainly through additional conditions to give employees a certain company equity or options,so that they can more actively participate in the company’s operation and decision-making,so that employees can form a sense of ownership and play their subjective initiative,so as to improve the comprehensive benefits of enterprises and reduce the principal-agent problem.Zhengbang technology is a listed company in the pig industry,and its pork price in the pig industry has a certain periodicity.From the perspective of the industry,this paper analyzes the content and achievements of its continuous implementation of multi-phase equity incentive plan from 2015 to 2019,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of continuous implementation of equity incentive in cyclical enterprises,and gives some optimization suggestions.Zhengbang technology has not only been deeply engaged in the whole pork industry for many years,but also continuously implemented equity incentive for five years in the case of fluctuating pork prices,which has a certain reference value for other similar companies.This paper introduces and compares the design and exercise effect of five successive equity incentive plans of Zhengbang technology,and deeply analyzes and summarizes the equity incentive plan design.Then from the perspective of management,this paper makes a timing analysis from the perspective of industry,and finally compares and analyzes the implementation effect of each period of equity incentive from three aspects of financial performance,non-financial performance and capital market response.Finally,this paper draws the conclusion of the study,and on this basis,puts forward suggestions for the implementation of equity incentive plan.
