Research On Capital Vulnerability Assessment And Countermeasures Of Zhengbang Technology

Animal husbandry is an important basic industry related to the national economy and people’s livelihood and social stability.It is very important for the sustainable development of animal husbandry enterprises to study their capital vulnerability and evaluate their ability to resist risks.Zhengbang Technology belongs to animal husbandry and has the characteristics of animal husbandry industry.It is highly cyclical and affected by regions and seasons.In recent years,it has encountered frequent emergencies,such as the live pig cycle,African swine fever and the novel coronavirus epidemic,and its business operation has been seriously affected.In 2021,Zhengbang Technology suffered a huge loss and its development was impacted.The capital vulnerability assessment of enterprises can clarify the ability of enterprises to recover to normal operating state when faced with risk shocks.Therefore,this paper takes Zhengbang Technology as the case study object to analyze its vulnerability in terms of capital and the degree of vulnerability.This study is not only conducive to enriching the research on capital vulnerability,but also provides reference for other enterprises with strong capital vulnerability in the animal husbandry industry,so as to promote the sound development of the industry.Based on technology innovation theory,factor capital theory and resource-based theory,this paper studies capital vulnerability.In the research background,it describes the country’s attention to the livestock industry and the importance of evaluating the capital vulnerability of enterprises,and elaborates the purpose and significance of the research based on this.By reading a large number of literatures on capital vulnerability at home and abroad,learning the knowledge related to capital vulnerability and the evaluation methods of enterprise capital vulnerability,and clarifying the important significance of evaluating enterprise capital vulnerability for enterprise development.First of all,this paper determines to take Zhengbang Technology as the research object for capital vulnerability assessment.First of all,based on the two research methods of entropy method and efficacy coefficient method,the capital vulnerability assessment model was constructed by using the data of listed enterprises meeting the standards in the livestock industry during 2017-2021.After the evaluation results were obtained,the capital vulnerability assessment results of Zhengbang Technology,the research object,were analyzed in detail from the aspects of horizontal comparison and vertical comparison.Through analysis,it is found that Zhengbang Technology has certain vulnerability in material capital,intellectual capital and social capital.Therefore,this paper focuses on the analysis of the causes of the vulnerability of Zhengbang Technology,and finds that poor asset realization ability,lack of solvency security ability,excessive expansion of pig production capacity and low profitability of high-input industries are the main reasons for the weakness of corporate material capital.The reduction of the size of R&D department and the low output efficiency of R&D input are the causes of intellectual capital weakness.The vulnerability of social capital lies in the slow turnover of working capital and the low level of government subsidies.Finally,targeted and effective improvement countermeasures are proposed respectively for the aforementioned causes,hoping to help Zhengbang Technology effectively reduce capital vulnerability and enhance anti-risk ability.At the same time,it is hoped that other animal husbandry enterprises and enterprises in other industries can pay attention to capital vulnerability,carry out real-time evaluation of capital vulnerability in daily business activities,and take effective measures to reduce it,so as to achieve the business objectives of sustainable development of enterprises.
