Research On Hot Ail Collective Financial Capital Response Under Vulnerability Conditions

For pastoral areas,habitat fragility is a difficult problem,manifested by drought and less rain,lack of surface and groundwater resources,poor vegetation conditions,and complex terrain.For thousands of years,in the face of habitat fragility,the pastoral area has insisted on operating the "five animals" animal husbandry.The financial system in the pastoral area is relatively underdeveloped,and the credit services of formal financial institutions cannot meet the financing and funding needs of "Pastor Ail" and "Hot Ail".Facing the fragile habitat conditions and adapting to the rapid marketization of grassland animal husbandry,the cooperation,mutual assistance,mutual support functions and actions of "Hot Ail" in animal husbandry production,finance,and labor seem more urgent and feasible."Hot Ail" is the basic production unit in the pastoral area,and it is also a social structure.It can be considered similar to families,small groups,and village communities,but there are many differences.This article takes Sunite Zuoqi,Abaga Qi,Xilinhot City,Alxa Zuoqi and Kezuohou Qi of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as examples,based on vulnerability theory,sustainable livelihood theory,collective decision behavior theory and evolutionary economics.Response and influencing factors of the "Hot Ail" collective financial capital in the pastoral area under the fragile condition of graduate students.First,analyze the natural environment,social economy and animal husbandry development of the five flags.Secondly,using analytic hierarchy process and principal component analysis methods,a habitat vulnerability assessment model was constructed from five indicator systems:climate factor,topography,water source factor,vegetation factor,and soil factor,and related indicators of 5 flags were evaluated.On this basis,according to the results of the macro analysis and the field survey information and data of 162 "Hot Ail" in 5 animal husbandry flags,how to respond to the collective financial capital of "Hot Ail" in terms of habitat vulnerability In-depth analysis of the problem.The results of the study show that:Azuoqi and Xishi are lightly vulnerable areas;Sunite Zuoqi and Kezuohouqi are moderately vulnerable areas;and severely vulnerable areas are Abaga Qi.The collective financial capital of "Hot Ail" is determined by the area of public grassland,fixed assets,debt and operating income,of which public grassland and operating income are the key influencing factors.
