Jerusalem artichoke(Helianthus tuberosus L.)is a perennial herb of the genus sunflower in the composite family.Its straw is rich in organic matter and nutrient elements,and its quantity is large,which is conducive to popularization and application.Existing studies have shown that exogenous addition of straw can improve soil ecological environment and promote crop growth.Different sources of straw have different effects on crop growth and soil chemical properties,and the exogenous addition of Jerusalem artichoke straw can promote growth.In addition,the microbial agent is pollution-free,no residue,combined with straw has become the key to solve the problem of difficult decomposition and slow decomposition of straw.In order to promote the healthy growth of vegetable crops and develop an effective way to utilize Jerusalem artichoke straw resources,this study selected J13 Jerusalem artichoke straw and crushed it into particle size of 0.3~0.5cm to explore the effects of Jerusalem artichoke straw and its compound microbial agent on the growth of different vegetable crops.The effects of Jerusalem artichoke straw and its compound microbial agent on the growth of different vegetable crops were determined by measuring the growth indexes,physiological indexes and soil chemical properties.The main research results are as follows:(1)The single application of Jerusalem artichoke straw and its combination with microbial agent can promote the growth of Chinese cabbage,and the leaf spread rate is significantly higher than that of the control group.The growth promotion effect of Jerusalem artichoke straw combined with microbial agent is better than that of the single application of Jerusalem artichoke straw.The growth promotion effect of Jerusalem artichoke straw combined with Bacillus subtilis and BI36 was better than that of adding Jerusalem artichoke straw alone or combining Jerusalem artichoke straw with a single microbial agent,which significantly promoted the growth of fresh weight,dry matter accumulation and root growth of Chinese cabbage.Meanwhile,at the end of the whole sampling time,the contents of ammonium nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium in soil treated with Jerusalem artichoke straw combined with Bacillus subtilis agent and BI36 agent were significantly higher than those in the control and the treatment with Jerusalem artichoke straw and its combined with single microbial agent.(2)On the whole,the single application of Jerusalem artichoke straw and its combination with microbial agents had inhibitory effects on the growth of tomato.The seedling strength index of the treatment of Jerusalem artichoke straw and its combination with microbial agent was significantly lower than that of the control group and inhibited the photosynthesis of tomato plants.The plant height,stem diameter and dry and fresh weight of tomato plants treated with artichoke straw combined with BI36 and artichoke straw combined with Bacillus subtilis and BI36 were significantly lower than those treated with control and other treatments.However,the treatment of Jerusalem artichoke straw combined with single microbial agent or compound microbial agent could significantly promote the root growth of tomato plants,regulate soil p H,and significantly increase the content of available P and available K in soil.(3)All treatments of artichoke straw and its combination with microbial agents could promote the growth of cucumber.Among them,the emergence rate,plant height and stem diameter of cucumber treated with one or two kinds of microbial agents were significantly higher than those treated with control group and the treatment with artichoke straw alone.The dry and fresh weight of cucumber treated with Jerusalem artichoke straw combined with BI36 was significantly higher than that of control group and other treatment groups,and the treatment with Jerusalem artichoke straw combined with Bacillus subtilis and BI36 had the best promoting effect on cucumber root growth.The seedling strength index and root-shoot ratio of Jerusalem artichoke straw combined with Bacillus subtilis and BI36 were significantly higher than those of control group and other treatment groups.At the same time,the application of Jerusalem artichoke straw mixed with single or compound microbial agent can regulate soil p H and significantly increase the content of available P and available K in soil.(4)The single application of Jerusalem artichoke straw and its combination with microbial agent could promote the growth of kidney bean.The promotion effect of one or two microbial agent treatments of Jerusalem artichoke straw was significantly better than that of the single agent,which showed that the plant height,stem diameter,leaf number,dry and fresh weight,root growth and G value of Jerusalem artichoke straw were significantly improved.Among them,the treatment of Jerusalem artichoke straw combined with Bacillus subtilis and BI36 showed the best growth promotion effect,which significantly promoted the growth of bean leaves,and significantly increased the content of available P and available K in soil compared with other treatments.In conclusion,Jerusalem artichoke straw and its compound microbial agent have different effects on the growth of different vegetable crops,promoting the growth of Chinese cabbage,cucumber and string bean,and inhibiting the growth of tomato.The growth promotion effect of Jerusalem artichoke straw combined with microbial agent is better than that of Jerusalem artichoke straw alone.In the treatment of Jerusalem artichoke straw mixed with Bacillus subtilis and BI36,the treatment of Jerusalem artichoke straw mixed with Bacillus subtilis and BI36 had the best growth promotion effect on Chinese cabbage,cucumber and string bean.Meanwhile,it regulated soil chemical properties and significantly increased soil nutrient content. |
