High quality crop germplasm resources are the material foundation for China to innovate original crops and cultivate new varieties,providing basic guarantees for national food security,and are strategic resources for maintaining biodiversity.They are of great significance for promoting the green and stable development of agriculture in China.With the increasing number of high-quality crop germplasm varieties,the data storage of high-quality crop germplasm resources that have received much attention in recent years is also facing great problems.Under the traditional centralized storage management method,high-quality crop germplasm resource data has drawbacks such as high storage pressure,low security,and low sharing efficiency.At the same time,as internet technology enters a new era,the storage methods of crop data are also facing deformation issues,and traditional centralized storage can no longer meet storage requirements.In response to these issues,this article conducted research on the following three aspects:(1)Provide examples of using Grey Relational Analysis(GRA)and DTOPSIS methods to screen high-quality crop germplasm.Taking 16 types of wheat data as examples,yield per plant,grain number per ear,thousand grain quality,spikelets per ear,plant height,and bulk density were selected as evaluation attributes.The 16 types of wheat germplasm were comprehensively evaluated using grey correlation analysis and DTOPSIS methods,and the order of advantages and disadvantages of each tested variety was obtained.The evaluation results obtained by grey correlation analysis and DTOPSIS methods were compared with the yield per plant,verifying the effectiveness and feasibility of the selected method,And provide data for this research model.(2)Designed a blockchain based data model for high-quality crop germplasm resources.Firstly,an on chain and off chain collaborative storage model combining blockchain and IPFS(Inter Planetary File System)interstellar file system was constructed to reduce on chain storage pressure,establish IPFS nodes,design smart contracts for crop publishing,adding,and querying,and call smart contracts to complete data operations.Then,RSA asymmetric encryption algorithm is used to design a secure transmission process for high-quality crop germplasm data to ensure the transmission security of germplasm data.Finally,performance tests were conducted on the model from both storage space and storage time to verify the storage performance of the constructed storage model.(3)Develop and implement system platform construction.Design the overall logical architecture of a high-quality crop germplasm resource data storage and sharing system based on blockchain technology,use the Hyperledger Fabric framework to build a blockchain,and achieve a high-quality crop germplasm resource data storage and sharing system based on blockchain technology.Finally,analyze the storage performance and security of the system.This study applies blockchain technology to the storage field of high-quality crop germplasm resource data,achieving decentralized and tamper resistant storage of high-quality crop germplasm data.This provides information technology support for the storage of high-quality crop germplasm data,effectively promoting the management process of high-quality crop germplasm resource data,and providing new ideas for data management of high-quality crops.
