GA3,CPPU And SM Induced Seedless Grape And Their Effects On Fruit Quality

Abstract/Summary:
In this study,’Jintian Lanbaoshi’and’Jintian Meigui’grapes were used as research objects to study the effects of different concentrations and different combinations of GA3,CPPU and SM on seedlessness and fruit quality of’Jintian Lanbaoshi’and’Jintian Meigui’grapes.The most suitable seedless treatment combination was selected to provide reference for seedless production of grape.The main results of this study are as follows:1.The seedless rate of’Jintian Lanbaoshi’grape treated with GA3 25 mg/L+SM 200 mg/L at full-bloom stage and GA3 25 mg/L+CPPU 2 mg/L at 10-14 days after flowering was the highest,reaching 88%.The berry weight was 8.08 g,the fruit grain became longer,the fruit shape index increased,the fruit hardness and flesh hardness were significantly higher than those of the control.The soluble solids,titratable acid,reducing sugar,p H value,and soluble sugar content of the fruit increased,and the soluble protein content increased significantly by 66.67%compared with the control.During storage,the fruit rot rate w the lowest,the fruit quality decreased slowly compared with other treatments,and the storage resistance was the best.2.The seedless rate of’Jintian Meigui’grape treated with GA3 25 mg/L+SM200 mg/L+CPPU 4 mg/L 2-3 days before flowering and GA3 25 mg/L+CPPU 2mg/L 10-14 days after flowering was the highest,reaching 93%.The fruit shape index increased,the fruit grain became longer,the diameter of pedicel,the diameter of fruit stalk and the berry weight increased significantly,the fruit hardness increased by 5.00%compared with the control,the soluble solids and soluble sugar content of the fruit increased,the vitamin C content was the highest,and the titratable acid content decreased significantly.Fruit quality was significantly improved.
