| With the improvement of the level of the national economy,people’s consumption demand for fruit is growing.However,for more benefit,a few illegal producers use excessive amounts of chemical fertilizers and pesticides which also brings quality problems in some fruits.Therefore,establish a reasonable,efficient,stable and standardized fruit quality assurance system has become an urgent matter.In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet of Things technology,researchers have made great progress in the research and establishment of food traceability system.However,most of the existing technologies use barcode or QR code as a means to identify goods,this kind of method has many problems.For example,in the process of commodity circulation,the barcode or two-dimensional code is easy to be damaged,and when scanning the code there must have no occlusion between the scanning equipment and the identification code,and it can not be identified in batches.Based on the above problems,this article introduces radio frequency identification(RFID)technology with significant advantages such as passive,contact-free,over-thehorizon and batch identification,and developed a fruit traceability system.The binding of fruit traceability information and RFID tags better solves the above problems in the identification of goods based on barcode or two-dimensional code,and combines RFID technology with commodity circulation,storage,automatic sorting,then the management efficiency of the traceability system is greatly improved.In the information entry process of the traceability system,a large amount of commodity information needs to be input.The RFID tag batch identification technology can greatly improve the efficiency of information entry.Because RFID system uses wireless communication,when multiple tags respond to the reader at the same time,signal collision will occur,which reduces the efficiency of system identification.Therefore,this paper conducts an in-depth study on RFID multi-tag identification technology and anti-collision problem in fruit traceability system.Based on the study of ALOHA anti-collision algorithm and collision tree algorithm,an improved collision tree(ICT)algorithm is proposed and designed by supplementing and improving the collision tree algorithm.The improved algorithm significantly improves the efficiency of batch identification,system efficiency and reliability of traceability system.Finally,based on the in-depth analysis of the function and performance requirements of the fruit traceability system,then built a hardware system based on RFID batch tag identification,designed a database structure based on SQL Server,and developed a fruit traceability system based on RFID batch tag identification developed using C# language.Realize fast batch input and retrieval function in fruit production,circulation and sales,circulation and sales is realized,then we tested each module of the RFID multi-label identification fruit traceability system,verified the effectiveness and progressiveness of the system. |
