China’s grape growing area and output rank first in the world,but inferior fruits frequently appear on the market,and the quality and safety of fruits has become a bottleneck restricting the development of my country’s grape industry.In order to effectively improve the food safety problems of agricultural products,this article takes Weinan vineyards as an example,through NB-Io T technology,RFID technology and other Io T-related technologies,and relying on the 2019 "Weinan City Smart Vineyard District Io T Technology Demonstration Base Construction Project ",to carry out research work on the wireless sensing part of the park environment information and the vineyard RFID traceability management system.The main work done in this paper is as follows:1.Research on key technologies of information traceability system.In-depth analysis of the development status of domestic and foreign agricultural product information traceability systems,combined with the actual needs of the project,clarified the overall design and implementation plan of the subject,and made an overall plan for the software and hardware functions of the system.2.Developed a park environmental information monitoring station based on NB-Io T,used the Mod Bus protocol to complete multi-sensor environmental information collection,and uploaded the data to the Alibaba Cloud Internet of Things platform through the Co AP protocol to achieve the air temperature,air humidity,and humidity in the vineyard area.Real-time monitoring of 8 key parameters: atmospheric pressure,light intensity,wind speed,wind direction,soil temperature,and soil moisture.3.Designed an RFID-based information traceability system for Weinan vineyards,selected RFID readers and tags based on project performance indicators and field conditions,and used Lab VIEW software to visualize the traceability records of the whole process of grape planting.4.The equipment was applied in the demonstration base of Weinan Grape Research Institute in Shaanxi,and the performance and function of the information traceability equipment were tested to realize the management and recording of the grape growing process information in the park.The information traceability host computer software has the advantages of friendly interface,accurate data recording,and strong real-time performance.It is of great significance to promote the development of the grape industry in Weinan and ensure the safety of grape production.
