This paper developed a link production, processing, sales each link of the tea quality and safety traceability information system, let consumers understand the tea production, circulation process of relevant information, to use the system to provide the "from farm to table" traceability model, extraction of tea production, processing, circulation, sales, supply chain links such as public consumers care about trace elements, to establish food safety information database, once found the problem, can according to the effective control of traceability and recall, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers from the source.The main work of this study: one is the tea production environment monitoring and data collection, through the establishment of data acquisition system, access to the production environment in the process of tea production index, and each link in the process of production, circulation of tea raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products only RFID identification, inputting relevant information. The second is the design of the information management system, to build the information management system based on web, data interaction with the database, you can add, modify, query, or delete the specific tea production, processing, distribution and sale of information, and generate a qr code identification, convenient consumers back.The innovation of this study:(1) the use of Java technologies to construct the tea information management system platform, in many ways to realize information sharing.(2) by the introduction of mobile phone qr code, convenient for operating personnel to the query and management of information, made the traceability system mobility and ease of use is greatly increased.
