In recent years,China’s marine aquaculture industry has developed rapidly,and large-water aquaculture has gradually become one of the important ways for the development of the aquaculture industry.While developing large-surface aquaculture in China,there is less research on aquaculture supporting equipment,especially the problem of large-surface aquaculture and fishing is prominent,and the traditional fishing methods are inefficient.The existing fishing methods all use nets for fishing.Deformation occurs and small fish that escape through the mesh are vulnerable to damage.In response to this problem,this paper proposes a method of using frame fishing,it has large-water aquaculture and harvesting equipment that can be timed,quantitative,and specified.Through the finite element analysis,the optimal design and calculation of the structure of the harvesting equipment are carried out,and the hierarchical structure of the capture device is studied and designed.The accuracy of the hierarchical structure has been verified through experiments,and the hierarchical structure has been designed and optimized.The feasibility of feeding and trapping was verified in the laboratory.An innovative design for high-end capture is proposed,provide a basis for the next product production.The structure of the catching equipment is designed according to the characteristics of the current catching equipment,such as great damage to the fish body and the inability to quantitatively take fish.The 3D model was drawn using Solid Works software,calculated using Simulation software,make sure to use the Q253 B material for the harvesting equipment,the main structure adopts the square tube of 40×40×2.5 mm,Design special equipment that can be customized according to the needs of high-end market,such as catch quantity,catch specification and catch time.At the same time,it has no impact on large-water aquaculture,greatly improving work efficiency and economic benefits.Design the hierarchical grid structure form,through the experiment,the adjustable grading method was selected to be the most suitable for large-water aquaculture,the classification effect is obvious.The hierarchical structure was verified in the large-water aquaculture area,All 23 fish are accurate,the hierarchical structure was optimized,the stepless adjustable graded gate structure is designed,model tests were performed on the core functions.It is concluded that 9 of the 80 fish have not been graded,and the effect is remarkable.It provides a reference for the next field experiment in large-water aquaculture areas.The feasibility of the trapping method was verified through model tests in the laboratory.After testing,100 fish can trap 67 fish,the start-up speed has no effect on the trapping,increasing the amount of feeding can increase the residence time of the fish,sea bass and large yellow croaker are more sensitive to the sound of feeding,there is obvious agglomeration effect,It provides a reference for the next step to verify the feeding and trapping of large-water aquaculture.According to the current problems of inaccurate grading accuracy and uncertain quantity,An innovative design of high-end catching equipment based on fish body shape measurement is proposed.In order to achieve that fish of different weights can reach different fish collection boxes,real-time statistics of the fish in the fish collection box can be achieved,It provides design ideas for precise catch-taking for large-water aquaculture.The large-water aquaculture precision catch-up equipment developed in this paper has been designed.The hierarchical structure has been tested in the laboratory and achieved good experimental results.The trapping method has been verified by the laboratory to be feasible,and innovative design ideas have been proposed.Through further optimization in the future,it will provide an important reference in the high-end fishing industry of large-water aquaculture.
