| The quality detection and grading of citrus is an important way to improve the additional value of citrus.At present,the sorting machine for most of the citrus agricultural products is still selected through the assembly line machinery.Because of the large size limited to the grading equipment,it can not be applied to the grading of citrus site grading and mobile operation.In addition,many small farmers mainly rely on artificial grading,and the inaccuracy of artificial grading and grading cheating will affect the quality assurance of citrus sorting.In the field of machine vision detection and classification,machine vision has the advantages of high detection precision and nondestructive testing,and it has become a hot research content of agricultural product detection and grading technology.In order to ensure the grading quality of citrus,the high precision detection system and the acquisition of the full surface image information of citrus are the important prerequisites.This paper mainly focuses on the difficult problem of obtaining the full surface image information of citrus.With navel orange as the research object,we design a small automatic grading device based on machine vision to obtain information on the multi angle surface image of citrus.1.In this article,we have widely consulted the information about citrus fruit at home and abroad.By using the modular design method of product,the overall design scheme of automatic grading equipment for citrus appearance quality was formulated.2.According to the overall design scheme,the three-dimensional modeling of automatic citrus grading equipment,the detailed design and calculation of the important transmission system and the dynamic selection of the power system are completed.3.As far as the problem of obtaining the information of multi angle and omni-directional surface image is concerned,a new type of citrus overturning mechanism was designed and its key transmission shaft was analyzed by finite element method.The kinetic analysis of citrus overturning movement was carried out.4.On the basis of the above design,the drawing of the processing drawings is made.The processing and manufacturing of the components of the grading equipment and the assembly of each module unit are completed.Finally,the prototype entity of the automatic grading equipment is built.5.The automatic grading scheme which combines single chip computer and machine vision is designed.The hardware selection and software design for the key components of the control system and the visual system are completed.The code of the visual system processor and the program code of the motion control system are written.In addition,the whole machine equipment was debugged.6.Finally,the test of citrus grading accuracy and the success rate test were completed.One fact has been verified that the citrus quality automatic grading equipment designed in this article can achieve the desired function and meet the requirements of use. |
