Shandong Province is a large agricultural province with abundant straw resources,but42% of the straw is still not effectively utilized.Shandong Province is also a large province of animal husbandry,and the increase in feed grain has caused certain threats to China's grain security.The farmland area in the hilly and mountainous areas of Shandong Province is also prominent,and the supply of agricultural machinery suitable for hilly and mountainous areas is seriously insufficient.Therefore,the development of small and medium-sized piggyback silage equipment is the only way for the development of silage machinery in China.Since the reform and opening up,the ecological environment has been deteriorating.Silage machinery exhibits material and energy waste,inconvenient recovery and poor performance.In addition,the market is fiercely competitive.Designers need innovative and logical methods to guide product design.In this paper,the function and ecological comprehensive weight of the system were obtained by the form of questionnaires.The importance of the WBCSD ecological efficiency factor of the system with higher comprehensive weight was calculated by fuzzy matrix.The most important ecological problem was converted into engineering problem through the ecological demand and engineering parameter association table.The problem solving tool was applied to solve the problem.The preliminary plan was obtained and the relevant parameters were determined.Finally,the ecological design process based on the innovative method was obtained so that the ecological performance of the product was improved while satisfying the functional requirements of the product.This paper took the silage equipment of Shandong Agricultural Machinery R&D and Innovation Project as the research object.It developed modular piggyback crop harvesting silage equipment integrating cutting,crushing,bundling and encapsulation.According to demand analysis,ecological analysis,problem solving,preliminary plan,parameter determination and program evaluation,the layout of silage equipment and the key components of baling device(the frame,the rope cutting mechanism and the collecting and conveying mechanism)implemented ecological design.Through simulation analysis,experimental design and scoring evaluation,the performance parameters and ecological factors before and after optimization were analyzed.It verified that the service intensity ofsilage equipment was improved,the material density of the frame was reduced,and the energy intensity of the rope cutting mechanism was reduced.This proved that the implementation of ecological design process based on innovative methods is effective.Secondly,The switch compartment mechanism,the buffer mechanism and the hydraulic motor design were determined.In the project cooperation unit Feicheng Nongminle Farming Machinery Company Limited,the prototype was processed and manufactured.Prototype test were carried out to verify that the optimized plan met the technical requirements.It further verified that the eco-designed plan can improve the ecological performance while meeting the technical requirements of the product.For the first time,the paper introduced the ecological design based on innovative method into syudy of the silage equipment,which not only improved the performance parameters,but also improved the ecological efficiency factor.The ecological design based on innovative methods can be used as a theoretical basis and introduced into the design process of other agricultural machinery,which is of great significance to the green and effective development of the entire agricultural machinery industry.
