Boron,as a necessary trace element for the growth of fruit trees,plays an irreplaceable role in the growth and development of fruit trees.In order to explore the possible regulation mechanism of boron element on fructose accumulation and quality of jujube,we took huizao and Junzao as the research objects.We set five spraying concentrations(0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4%,0.5%)and three spraying periods(full bloom,young fruit and expansion)of boron fertilizer,and measured the boron content,photosynthetic characterustics and fructose content in leaves and fruits of jujube at different growth stages Content and fruit quality at maturity.Tje results showed that after spraying different concentrations of boron fertilizer on jujube trees,the boron content in leaves and fruits of jujube trees and the Photosynthetic Physiological Indexes of leaves had significant changes,and the sugar accumulation and fruit quality of jujube trees were significantly affected.The results of existing research are as follows:1.No matter huizao or Junzao,the contents of water-soluble boron,semi bound boron and bound boron in the leaves and fruits of jujube trees were affected by spraying boron fertilizer on the leaves.The appropriate spraying concentration could significantly enhance the absorption and utilization of boron in jujube trees,while the excessive boron concentration inhibited the absorption and utilization of boron in jujube trees.Among them,0.2%boron fertilizer is the most suitable for huizao,0.3%~0.4%boron fertilizer is the best for Junzao.2.Different spraying concentiation and spraying period of boron fertilizer also have certain influence on the light and index of jujube.The suitable spraying concentration could significantly improve the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of jujube leaves at different growth stages,but had no significant effect on intercellular CO2 concentration.The results showed that 0.2%~0.3%concentration and spraying at young fruit stage were the most suitable for huizao,but there was no significant difference in leaf photosyathesis of Junzao.3.Spray boron fertilizer can significantly increase the accumulation of sugar sub stances in the whole growth period of jujube fruit,and fructose,glucose and sucrose of jujube fruit are increased to different degrees.the contents of fructose,glucose and sucrose were 3.84%,1.76%and 25.53%,respectively,when spraying concentration was 0.2%,while the contents of control were 2.72%,1.22%and 20.43%,respectively.The contents of fructose,glucose and sucrose in Jujube jujube fruit were 4.66%,1.75%and 26.32%,respectively,when spraying concentration was 0.3%,while the contents of control were 3.58%,1.46%and 24 35%,respectively.The spraying period of gray jujube was the young fruit stage,while the flowering period of Jun jujube was more beneficial to sugar accumulation.4.Foliar spraying of boron fertilizer also had a certain effect on the quality of mature jujube fruit.The results showed that the cross diameter,single fruit weight,titratable acid content and Vc content of jujube fruit were increased with appropriate spraying concentration,but had little effect on protein.Among them,huizao with the concentration of 0.3%had the best effect,Junzao with the concentration of 0.3%~0.4%had the best effect,and the spraying period was full bloom,and spraying had the best effect on quality improvement.
