Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Aquatic Seed Industry In Yangjiang City,Guangdong Province

As a strategic and fundamental industry of the national economy,seed industry plays a vital role.The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposed that the aquatic seed industry,as an important part of modern seed industry,is the core competitiveness and fundamental driving force for the high-quality,green,and sustainable development of modern aquaculture industry,and also the basis and core of the establishment of a "blue granary" guarantee system for modern fisheries.As a major marine fishery city,Yangjiang has long been at the forefront of aquaculture in terms of scale and output in Guangdong Province.Based on the Triple Helix Theory,Agricultural Industrialization Theory,Industrial Organization Theory and Technology Innovation Theory,this thesis takes the development of Yangjiang aquatic seed industry as the research object,and uses literature survey,questionnaire survey,comparative research and case analysis method to analyze the development status of Yangjiang aquatic seed industry.By constructing the index system of influencing factors,the dependency relationship between influencing factors and problems is studied by using regression analysis method,and the problems and main reasons are explored.This thesis also draws on the successful experience of developing aquaculture seed industry in Norway,Japan,the United States,Sanya in Hainan Province and Qingdao in Shandong Province.The results show that there are some problems in the development of aquatic seed industry in Yangjiang,such as insufficient protection of aquatic germplasm resources,small scale and weak innovation ability of aquaculture seed industry enterprises,and lagging development of aquaculture technology and talents.These problems mainly stem from the imperfect management system and laws of aquaculture industry,the lack of impetus for the development of aquaculture industry,and the lack of scientific and educational resources of aquaculture industry.Therefore,strategies for the development of Yangjiang’s aquatic seed industry were proposed.The first is to strengthen policy support and support measures,strengthen market supervision and industrial overall development,and promote industrial planning and development strategies.The second is to cultivate and introduce leading enterprises,promote the development and integration of the industrial chain,increase innovation and technology research and development,build a safe and stable industrial ecology,expand industrial added value and diversified development,and strengthen national cooperation and brand building.The third is to improve the innovation and development system of the seed industry,increase the innovation of the seed industry,and increase the construction of the talent team.
