Forestry industry is an important component of China’s economic development,and forestry ecology is an important role in achieving ecological construction.Forestry ecological plays a key role in sustainable development at all social,economic and ecological levels.But along with our country’s comprehensive construction of a strong modernization,and the rapid development of economic,industrial structure of our country forestry gets upgraded to optimize,some problems have arisen simultaneously between the forestry industry and ecology.For example,the rapid development of the forestry industry is accompanied by the emergence of a "resource curse" in cities that rely heavily on forestry resources;The process of forestry ecological development is slow;Problems such as the uncoordinated development of forestry industry and forestry ecology are becoming increasingly prominent.These issues are not only apparent in the process of forestry development in China.How to view the relationship between forestry industry and forestry ecology,and how to promote the efficiency of the coupling system between forestry industry and forestry ecology have become the focus and hot issue of scholars in various countries.The efficiency of forestry ecological comprehensively considers forestry industry indicators and forestry ecological indicators to more comprehensively measure the development level of forestry ecological efficiency.At the same time,as the largest carbon sink system on land,the role of the forest system in achieving the "dual carbon" goal cannot be underestimated.However,the development of the forestry industry will generate forest carbon emissions.Therefore,under the "3060" goal in Beijing,it is necessary to include forest carbon emissions in the evaluation index system of forest ecological security efficiency.Of course,due to the natural endowment of forest resources,the existence of regional differences in forestry ecological efficiency caused by the forestry industrial structure is also worth exploring.Studying the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of forestry ecological efficiency and clarifying its influencing factors is conducive to understanding the overall and regional development status of forestry ecological efficiency in China,and coordinating with regions with slow development of forestry ecological efficiency,Strengthen the coordination and linkage of forestry ecological and efficiency development.This article uses the literature research method to collate and summarize the domestic and foreign literature related to the efficiency of forestry ecological.Through the study of existing literature,it reviews the research results of ecological security,ecological efficiency,forestry ecological,and other aspects.Then,it defines the relevant concepts in the study,and studies and understands the relevant theories in the study.Before constructing the evaluation index system and calculating the efficiency of forestry ecological,descriptive statistical analysis is conducted on the current situation of China’s forestry industry and forestry ecology.After understanding the current situation of China’s forestry industry and forestry ecology,first of all,combining the current situation of China’s forestry industry and forestry ecology,establish an evaluation index system for forestry ecological efficiency;Secondly,taking 30 provinces(excluding Tibet,Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan)as the research scope,and taking 2011-2020 as the research interval,using the super-efficiency SBM model and incorporating the undesirable output into the model,was used to calculate the forestry ecological efficiency of each province;Thirdly,using Moran’s I index to verify the global spatial autocorrelation of China’s forestry ecological efficiency,using Moran’s scatter plot to verify the local spatial autocorrelation of China’s forestry ecological efficiency,and clarifying the clustering types of China’s regional forestry ecological efficiency;Then,the spatial Durbin model was used to empirically analyze the influencing factors of China’s forestry ecological efficiency;Finally,based on the development level of China’s forestry ecological efficiency and the analysis results of influencing factors,this paper explores the underlying reasons behind the spatiotemporal changes in China’s forestry ecological efficiency,and provides suggestions for the improvement of China’s forestry ecological efficiency level,with a view to providing an improvement path for China’s forestry ecological efficiency and providing decision-making support for relevant government departments. |
