Energy is not only a prerequisite for human survival,but also an important guarantee for the healthy development of society.Under the trend of global economic integration and the rising total energy consumption,how to ensure a stable and clean energy supply is one of the key issues concerned by countries all over the world.Especially in 2022,due to the launch of the Ukrainian war,Western European countries collectively reduced the import of natural gas from Russia,resulting in a sharp rise in the domestic energy prices of Western European countries,which had a considerable impact on the manufacturing industry of Western European countries.As a developing country with a large population and relatively scarce energy resources,China should pay sufficient attention to energy security.At present,China is in the period of rapid development of urbanization and industrialization,and the demand for energy is growing rapidly.The development of low-carbon energy is not only related to the healthy and sustainable development of China’s economy,but also related to the future of mankind.At present,with the proposal of double carbon goal,high-quality development has become the theme of China’s energy development.The report of the 19th CPC National Congress clearly put forward the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,and made major arrangements for rural energy infrastructure construction,rural energy structure,rural energy development and other links.Rural areas are the main battlefield of the energy revolution.As the top-level design and guidance of rural energy development,rural energy planning plays an important role.In recent years,the importance of energy planning has been emphasized,and the traditional energy planning can not keep up with the development of the times.Therefore,the technology development,application promotion and benefit evaluation of comprehensive energy are urgent issues to be solved,which has played a very important role in the development of renewable energy and the construction of a new countryside with a beautiful environment.Firstly,due to the feature extraction and clustering of daily power load data of different users,energy companies can recommend power and natural gas packages in line with their energy consumption habits for different types of customers as value-added services,so as to improve the competitiveness of energy companies.Based on this background,the classification model of comprehensive energy package based on saga-fcm is established,the FCM algorithm is introduced,the saga-fcm two-stage classification algorithm is proposed,and the specific data are classified and the corresponding package is designed through an example.Thirdly,the dispatching optimization model of rural comprehensive energy system is established.The rural comprehensive energy system is divided into four subsystems,namely electricity,heat,cooling and gas systems.The life cycle cost of each subsy stem is analyzed,and the investment cost and income of the four subsystems are analyzed and modeled.Through the construction of the optimal dispatching model of investment benefits of comprehensive energy services,the example analysis is carried out,and two scenarios are assumed to calculate the model,so as to provide decision-making reference for system operation.Finally,the benefit evaluation model of rural comprehensive energy system is constructed.The construction principle of benefit index is clarified.By establishing the evaluation index system of rural comprehensive energy system,the index weight model based on analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on improved cloud model are constructed.The typical industrial development scenario of rural comprehensive energy system is selected as the background to carry out case analysis. |
