Since China’s reform and opening up, China’s rural economic development is rapid,Rural residents’ living standards have been improved quickly, at the same time, rural energyconsumption Is escalating along with the economic development and upgrade, The energystructure which is based on fuel wood, straw and other traditional energy sources is graduallychanging into the clean and energy efficient which is based on Coal, liquefied gas, oil andelectricity and so on. This has increased the energy consumption in our country, made therural energy consumption and environmental problems stand out increasingly. In order tochange this situation, the article are proposed using the raw energy, especially biomassenergy---biogas, instead of traditional energy sources such as firewood, straw and coal, liquefied gas and other clean energy, to save the consumption of non-renewable energy, it isof great importance to rural sustainable development.Rural energy consumption mainly includes rural productive energy consumption and thevillage life energy consumption. The article analyzed rural productive energy consumptionand the influence factors of rural life energy consumption in respectively through the modelform. The main factors affecting the productive energy consumption is crop’s planting area, government subsidies, agricultural income, and the head of the household. According to theseimportant influence factors, It puts forward the productive ecological cycle system of energyconsumption, using biomass energy---biogas,to replace firewood, straw and other traditionalenergy sources and coal, liquefied gas and other clean energy, save the consumption ofnon-renewable energy. In the productive ecosystem circulation system of energy consumption, improving their household income as the premise condition, the probability of the use cleanenergy of farmers will be higher with improving their household income. The measures whichare countries adopt Crop subsidies and provide technical guidance to encourage farmers toincrease energy crops acreage, such as soybean, corn, wheat, and rapeseed and so on, trainingtechnical personnel to guide farmers to start small farms. The local government dominate inthe productive ecological cycle system of energy consumption, guide and promote thedevelopment and utilization of the whole circulation system, It starts large-scale biogasfermentation system, By recycling farmers crops straw and livestock manure, sewage and other raw materials for biogas fermentation system, large-scale production of biogas, biogasfermentation system electricity at a relatively low price, which Is lower than coal, liquefiedpetroleum gas prices, to sell to farmers, farmers are encouraged to use the biogas and methaneelectricity generation electricity, Biogas residue after fermentation, Residue processed intoorganic fertilizer production, which is in a lower price, lower than the other raw material toproduce organic fertilizer prices, for sale, to encourage farmers to biogas residue returned tothe field. The main factors influence the life energy consumption are household income, cropplanting area, traffic conditions and so on, aiming at these important factors of energyconsumption, ecological life cycle system is put forward in this system, also is the premisecondition, in order to improve their household income plays a role of guide and promote thelocal government, to implement the ecological cycle system of energy consumption, themeasures and productive ecosystem circulation system energy consumption is the same.Ecological energy are a lot of more pyretic, mainly include solar energy, wind energy, geothermal energy, ocean energy, hydro energy, biomass energy and so on. At the moment,Due to the restrictions of the villages and towns of natural conditions and geographicalconditions and economic conditions, only the Biomass energy is suitable for development andpromotion in largely in the villages and towns., solar energy, wind energy and hydro energywhile the current development and the utilization technology more mature, It is greatlyinfluenced by natural conditions, so geothermal energy, ocean energy has not developed in alot. Development and utilization of biomass energy in the villages and towns, especiallymethane, not only can promote the rural energy consumption upgrade, save non-renewableenergy, but also it changes redundant straw crop production, livestock manure, garbage andsewage into crop fertilizer by methane fermentation, reducing the pollution of theenvironment, preventing the spread of bacteria, viruses and so on.
