| In order to select drought resistant and high-quality potato varieties for planting in Inner Mongolia,the main agronomic characters,yield,quality characters and physiological and biochemical indexes related to drought resistance of 18 potato varieties were measured under potted and field drought stress treatments.The genetic diversity of 18 varieties of potato was analyzed by SSR molecular marker technology.The results would lay a theoretical foundation for potato breeding.The main results were as follows:(1)Under potted drought stress treatments,the POD activity,SOD activity,MDA content,Pro content,soluble sugar content and SPAD of 18 potato varieties were measured at seedling stage,tuber formation stage and tuber enlargement stage.According to average membership function value of 18 varieties,the Huasong 58 and Innovator were relatively drought-resistant varieties.(2)The yield of 18 potato varieties in Huasong company base(Park)in Jining District,Ulanqab city and the experimental base(field)in Chahar Youyiqianqi were measured.The yield of each variety under drought stress was lower than that of the control.(3)A total of 111 amplification sites were obtained by PCR amplification of 18 potato varieties with 10 pairs of SSR suitable primers,103 of them were polymorphic,and the percentage of polymorphic sites was 92.79%.The genetic distance(GD)of 18 potato varieties ranged from 0.4464 to 0.7966.Based on the GD value of 0.66,18 potato varieties were divided into four categories: Zhongshu No.9,Zhongshu No.28,Zhongshu No.31,Neinongshu cv.No.2,Atlantic,Zhongshu No.18 and Zhongshu No.668 were one category;Zhongshu No.27,Zhongshu No.19,V7,Huasong 56,Xisen No.6,Huasong 58,Neinongshu cv.No.1 and Huasong 34 were one category;Huasong No.7 and Innovator were one category;Jizhangshu No.12 is separately classified into one category. |
