Drought is the main factor that limiting the production of soybeans, at present, soybean drought tolerance is one of the hot issues in the field of crop genetic breeding, in this study,192 accessions from different geographical locations, were measured by the traits with drought-tolerance under different water stress.97 pairs of SSR markers evenly distributed on the soybean genome were used to analysis genetic diversity of 192 core germplasm and test theloci thatassociated significantly with the traits with drought-tolerance. The main results are as follows:1 In this study, the soybean plant height,number of branches,100-seed weight,weight per plant, seed weight per plant, pod number per plant were studied under different water stress. We find these indices except for the 100 seed weight is reliable.2 Most of 192 accessions from different geographical locations in Shanxi Province, (82 accessions of Wild soybean,the 20 accessions of Semi-wild soybean,90 of cultivated varieties). Wild soybean (No.89、 171、73), semi wild soybean (No.15、38)and cultivate soybean (No.109、129、131)among 192 accessions were evaluated as germpalsms of drought-tolerance.3 Drought tolerance coefficient of plant height, branch number, grain weight per plant, pod number per plant, seed weight per line were calculated and used to carry out cluster analysis.192 accessions were divided into five groups. groups Ⅰ and groups Ⅱ are drought tolerant groups, including the materials No.15, 129,131,89 which were identified as germplasm in chapter 2. The further study validated these result. Statistic analysis of relationship between drought tolerance and qualitative traits including leaf type, seed type, colour*of pod, seed and leaf showed that soybean in elliptic type leaf, flat elliptic type seed, black hilum, green leaf have stronger drought tolerance. Diversity index of drought-enduring variety in chromosome 14 and satt551 was least.4 The correlation analysis of quality traits and traits with drought-tolerance is studied by TASSET software under the condition of the phenotypic variation rate R2<0.01, P<0.01:the total of 120 sites detected associate with 10 quality traits, covering 19 chromosomes of soybean genome. sites associated with Pod were the most (21), sites associated with pod color were the least (1) the average sites that related to each character was 12, the sites of satt688, satt669, satt317, satt194 associated with 5 or more than 5 traits, may be pleiotropy or linkage.5 The correlation analysis of quality traits and traits with drought-tolerance is studied by TASSET software under the condition of The phenotypic variation rate R2<0.01, P<0.01.(1) Height loci associated cumulative 30 that distributed over 14 chromosomes under six different moisture conditions, which satt217, satt041, satt394, satt242 sites ware detected to two water stress environment, but satt132 sites was detected.to two normal supply environment.(2) Branches loci associated cumulative 40 that distributed over 17 chromosomes under six different moisture conditions, which satt348, satt345 and satt294 sites ware detected to two normal supply environment.(2) Plant weight loci associated cumulative 68 that distributed over 16 chromosomes under six different moisture conditions, which satt262 sites ware detected to two normal supply environment.(4) Yield per plant loci associated cumulative 54 that distributed over 17 chromosomes under six different moisture conditions, which satt294, satt217 sites ware detected to two water stress environment, but satt345 sites was detected.to two normal supply environment.(5) Kernel weight loci associated cumulative 82 that distributed over 18 chromosomes under six different moisture conditions, which satt706、satt187、satt319、satt132、sat231 and sat218 sites ware detected to two normal supply environment.
