| The problem of agricultural non-point source pollution is becoming more and more prominent in China due to the large amount of chemical fertilizer and unreasonable structure of fertilizer application.Regulating the supply of chemical fertilizer in the market, optimizing the way of fertilization for farmers and promoting the technology of reducing and increasing the efficiency of chemical fertilizer play an important role in further implementing the action of reducing and increasing the efficiency of chemical fertilizer, which are the necessary measures for the green development of agriculture. It is beneficial to increase the adoption rate of fertilizer reduction and efficiency enhancement technology for farmers, reduce agricultural non-point source pollution, protect soil and water resources environment, and accelerate the green and sustainable development of agriculture. In order to explore the influencing factors of farmers’ adoption behavior of fertilizer reduction and efficiency enhancement technology and improve the efficiency of technology adoption, this thesis is based on the theory of farmer’s behavior, externality, coordinated development of agricultural ecological economy and incentive theory.Based on the statistical yearbook data of Naiman Banner and 302 field survey data of Naiman Banner, this thesis conducted statistical analysis and established a binary Logistic regression model to analyze the influencing factors of the adoption behavior of fertilizer reduction and efficiency increasing technology of farmers in Naiman Banner. The main results are as follows:(1)Farmers’ cognitive characteristics can significantly affect their adoption behavior of fertilizer reduction and efficiency enhancement technology. The cognition of pollution degree of planting area, negative influence of excessive fertilization and the acceptance of increasing planting cost all had significant influence on the technology of fertilizer reduction and efficiency enhancement.(2)The individual basic characteristics, production behavior characteristics and external characteristics of farmers have not completely passed the significance test.Among them, the gender difference of farmers affected farmers’ technology adoption behavior.Males were more inclined to choose fertilizer reduction and efficiency enhancement technology.Farmers’ educational level and participation in planting technology training can positively influence farmers’ adoption behavior of fertilizer reduction and efficiency enhancement technology, and government propaganda and training can positively influence farmers’ adoption behavior of fertilizer reduction and efficiency enhancement technology.Farming has a significant negative impact on the adoption behavior of fertilizer reduction and efficiency enhancement technology.(3)Farmers’ age,use of fertilizer, concentration of farmland and government subsidy did not significantly affect the adoption behavior of fertilizer reduction and efficiency enhancement technology. The basic characteristics of households failed to pass the significance test, and the total number of household population and annual income had no significant impact on the technology of fertilizer reduction and efficiency enhancement. The basic characteristics of households failed to pass the significance test, and the total number of household population and annual income had no significant impact on the technology of fertilizer reduction and efficiency enhancement.Based on the research conclusions of this thesis, from the perspective of farmers and the government and relevant departments, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to strengthen publicity and training, strengthen organization and leadership, strengthen market supervision, enhance farmers’ environmental awareness and promote the technology of reducing quantity and increasing efficiency according to local conditions. Thus,it can promote the adoption rate of fertilizer reduction and efficiency enhancement technology and improve the utilization rate of fertilizer and farmers’ awareness of environmental protection responsibility. |
