At present,corn straw or caragana is the most common pellet feed on the market.Among them,corn straw is the largest straw feed product in China,with rich crude fiber content and a strong sense of satiety,but its nutritional value is single.Caragana feed granules have high nutritional value,rich crude protein content and high price.Two kinds of feed pellet products in the market have better retention.Ascension based feed grain nutritional value,lower feeding cost,molding equipment based on ring mode to the platform,through the experimental research on adding more rich nutritional value of corn stover unregular grain,for pellet density index,analysis of caragana and corn stover granulating performance,process parameters could be provided for practical production.(1)Selection of granulating had a greater influence on the performance of factors of moisture content,particle size,the material,determine the scope of the levels of various factors,the pellet formation density as indicators,through the way of single factor experiment,get material moisture content and particle size two factors on the influence of pellet density has downward trend after rising first,The proportion of caragana was negatively correlated with the grain density.(2)On the basis of single factor test,the quadratic response surface test was used to analyze the influence of each influencing factor on the forming density under the interaction,and the regression equation of the influence of each factor on the pelleting density was obtained.Through data processing,the relationship between the influence degree of each experimental factor on pelleting density in the corresponding level range was obtained:B(material moisture content)>C(Caragana proportion)>A(material particle size),optimize the parameters of the regression equation,take the maximum granulation density range as the target,and obtain A set of optimal solution of the granulation density of 1.164g/cm~3 under the condition of material particle size 5mm,material moisture content 12.822%,caragana proportion 23.407%.(3)After molding,the feed particles were cooled to the ambient temperature at room temperature.Through the change of feed particle morphology,it was determined that the molding effect of straw feed particles was better when the molding density was above 1.1g/cm~3.Through the physical test,the parameters of the feed particles in the density range were determined,and the elastic modulus,shear modulus,Poisson’s ratio and other basic parameters were obtained,which provided the basis for the drop test of feed particles with different lengths.(4)Through the Solid Works software to establish a three-dimensional model of feed particles,feed particles of different lengths for the same height of the drop test,obtain the transverse drop and longitudinal drop stress change data of feed particles,analyze and judge the compactness and impact resistance of feed particles of different lengths,to provide a basis for the production of feed particles.
