Anabasis aphylla belongs to Chenopodiaceae, mainly distributed in Europe and Central Asia, and mainly distributed in western Gansu and Xinjiang in China.Anabasis aphylla is usually found in sand dunes of Gobi and sometimes in arid hillsides. Its branches contain Chenopodium alkaloids, and its content is the highest in assimilating branches.Chenopodium alkaloid has insecticidal effect and can be used to produce biological pesticides.Anabasis aphylla is a precious medicinal plant resource. It has strong adaptability to high temperature, severe cold, drought and wind and sand.It can prevent wind and fix sand.It has a special position and role in the transformation of desert and production and construction in Xinjiang.Karamay City is located in the northwest edge of Junggar basin. The climate is dry and the light is sufficient. The Anabasis aphylla is widely distributed in Karamay Gobi.In this experiment, three cutting treatments(cutting 1/3,cutting 2/3 and cutting 3/3)were carried out on the artificially planted Anabasis aphylla shrub in Karamay desert, and the uncut plants were used as the control,In April, may,June,July,August,September and October after cutting, the growth indexes, physiological indexes and rhizosphere soil indexes of assimilating branches of Anabasis aphylla were measured respectively. The morphological and physiological characteristics of assimilating branches of Anabasis aphylla, the changes of soil water content, soil p H and soil enzyme activity in Rhizosphere were analyzed. The results were as follows:(1)Light cutting treatment could better improve the SOD enzyme activity of assimilating branches, light and heavy cutting treatment could better improve the POD enzyme activity, and heavy cutting treatment could better improve the CAT enzyme activity of assimilating branches. The MDA content of the plants after cutting was lower than that of the control from April to September, and the MDA content of the plants under mild cutting was the lowest in a long time.Light cutting treatment was more conducive to the production of soluble protein and soluble carbohydrate, and the content of proline in assimilating branches was the highest under heavy cutting.Cutting treatment can generally promote the chlorophyll content of assimilating branches of Anabasis aphylla, and mild and moderate cutting treatment promoted the increase of chlorophyll content of assimilating branches of Anabasis aphylla.(2)The basal diameter, branch length and biomass of assimilating branches in Anabasis aphylla were significantly increased by cutting with different intensities.Light cutting and moderate cutting could promote the growth of assimilating branch length and basal diameter, and light cutting had the best effect on the biomass of assimilating branch of Anabasis aphylla.(3)In many periods, the activities of soil sucrase, soil catalase and soil urease were individually the highest under light cutting. The moderate cutting treatment could better improve the activity of soil alkaline phosphatase. After cutting, the growth trend of Anabasis aphylla was good.Among them, the light cutting treatment had the best promoting effect on the assimilating branch length, basal diameter,SOD enzyme,POD enzyme activity, soluble sugar and soluble protein content, soil sucrase, soil catalase and soil urease activity. At the same time, light cutting can maximize the biomass of assimilating branches and increase production efficiency, which can be used as the optimal treatment.
