Design And Research On Key Parts Of Hydraulic Automatic Straw Knitting Machine

Straw curtain machine is a kind of mechanical equipment which weaves straw into straw curtain.In production,manual straw laying is often needed.The working environment is not good.The thickness of straw laying is controlled by workers,which increases the difficulty of work,but also can not guarantee the quality of products.In order to liberate productivity and improve the quality of knitted straw curtain,this paper designs a hydraulic automatic straw knitting machine machine based on the research of pneumatic automatic straw knitting machine machine,and designs and simulates its key components.The main contents include the following four aspects.1.The hydraulic symmetrical grasping mechanism is designed.The grasping and laying of straw is realized by hydraulic cylinder driving linkage mechanism and cooperating with grass-separating mechanism.The correctness and feasibility of the design are verified by three-dimensional modeling,motion simulation and finite element analysis.2.Designed the hydraulic system of the straw knitting machine machine to meet the action requirements,calculated and selected the main components such as hydraulic pump,hydraulic cylinder,direction control valve,pressure control valve and main accessories.3.Based on FluidSIM software,the control of the hydraulic system of the lawnmower is simulated and optimized.Through simulation analysis,the control program of the lawnmower is designed,and the flow of the system is optimized to improve the efficiency of the system.4.Designed a method of grass-laying state detection based on image recognition.Firstly,the information of straw laying state is collected by industrial camera;secondly,the gray level and binarization of the collected straw laying image are processed by calling OpenCV image processing function library on Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 platform;after noise reduction,the image is divided into 12 regions and the proportion of black pixels is calculated separately,then the information of straw laying state is output to realize straw laying state.Detection.Hydraulic automatic straw knitting machine machine can realize the automation of straw knitting machine process in the process of straw curtain weaving,and introduce image recognition technology into the process of straw curtain weaving.It has important era significance and application prospects for the development of automation and intellectualization of agricultural machinery in China.
