| China first proposed the Rural Revitalization Strategy in 2017,and its institutional framework and policy system have been basically completed by 2020.In 2021,legislation was passed to determine the important position of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the importance of "three rural issues" has been raised to a new height.China’s agriculture has developed rapidly,the grain output has been stable at more than 1.3 trillion kg for seven consecutive years,and the construction of new countryside has also made remarkable achievements in the world.However,China’s agricultural development still faces many challenges,and agricultural ecological efficiency is the top priority.It is necessary to coordinate agricultural production and ecological protection.China’s agricultural civilization has a long history and profound accumulation of agricultural culture,which has an important impact on rural society and agricultural development.Compared with economy and politics,the power of culture is more profound and lasting.At the same time,China put forward the "double carbon" goal in September 2020.Its core connotation has something in common with agricultural ecological efficiency in reducing carbon emissions and improving energy efficiency.The low-carbon life advocated by the "double carbon" goal is one of the important contents of rural ecological and cultural construction.Under the background of the "double carbon" goal,exploring the impact of rural cultural construction on agricultural ecological efficiency is of great significance to improve China’s agricultural development level It has an important impact on realizing the sustainable development of agriculture in China.Firstly,this paper introduces the background,purpose and significance of the research,combs and comments on the research progress at home and abroad;Then,the theoretical basis and related concepts are determined,and on this basis,the impact mechanism of rural cultural construction on agricultural ecological efficiency is expounded;Then,based on the relevant panel data,this paper constructs an index system to evaluate the level of rural cultural construction,uses the entropy method to calculate the score of the overall level of rural cultural construction in China and all provinces from 2010 to 2019,and uses ward system clustering to divide 31 provinces into five categories according to the level of rural cultural construction;Then,based on the existing research,build the sbm-dea model of unexpected output,measure the overall agricultural ecological efficiency of China and each province from 2010 to 2019,and analyze the time and space;Based on the above conclusions,a panel model is constructed for regression analysis to reveal the impact of rural cultural construction on China’s agricultural ecological efficiency.The research results show that rural cultural construction has an important positive impact on the improvement of China’s agricultural ecological efficiency,among which the construction coefficient of rural public culture is the largest,indicating that it is the most important to improve agricultural ecological efficiency;The coefficient of rural ecological and cultural construction and rural spiritual and cultural construction is relatively small,indicating that their impact on China’s agricultural ecological efficiency is relatively limited at this stage,but it is also the potential to continue to improve agricultural ecological efficiency in the future.We should strengthen the construction of rural public culture and give consideration to the construction of rural ecological and cultural construction and rural spiritual and cultural construction.Among the control variables,the impact coefficient of financial support for agriculture,agricultural disaster rate,regional industrialization level and mechanical density on agricultural ecological efficiency is negative,and the large coefficient of financial support for agriculture and regional industrialization level has a great negative impact on improving agricultural ecological efficiency,which indicates that the overall quality of agricultural development in China is not high,and China is still in a high investment and high dependence on national financial subsidies and industrial products Extensive agricultural production mode with high yield;Urbanization has a positive impact on agricultural ecological efficiency,and agricultural per capita income and relative price have no significant impact on agricultural ecological efficiency.Based on the overall level of agricultural ecological efficiency in China is not high,and there are great differences between regions,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the research results,in order to provide reference for different regions to design different rural cultural construction schemes according to the actual situation of different regions.The construction of rural public culture is of great significance to improve agricultural ecological efficiency.All localities should continue to pay more attention to the construction of rural public culture,such as investment in rural culture,education and scientific research,and give full play to the role of rural public culture construction in promoting agricultural ecological efficiency;As a supplement to rural public culture,the construction level of rural ecological culture should fully consider the level of regional basic education,the degree of economic development,the status of the primary industry and natural geographical conditions;Rural spiritual and cultural construction is the ultimate pursuit and goal of rural cultural construction and an important means to comprehensively cultivate new farmers.It is more based on the regional material and cultural construction,that is,the level of economic development.We should vigorously develop rural cultural construction,promote the continuous improvement of China’s agricultural ecological efficiency,and help achieve the "double carbon" goal and the Rural Revitalization Strategy. |
