Feed casting is an important work in the process of aquaculture.The existing feeding equipment in China is mainly aimed at the traditional pond breeding.This kind of feeding equipment has the characteristics of large volume,low degree of automation and large range of feed throwing.It is not suitable for the production mode of industrialized small area and high-density breeding.In view of the above problems,this subject designs an automatic precision feeding machine for small area and high-density freshwater fish breeding.Based on the design of the overall structure and control system of the feeding machine,the prototype of the automatic precision feeding machine is trial produced,and relevant experiment are carried out to verify the timing,quantitative and accurate feeding performance of the feeding machine.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The overall structure design of the automatic precision feeding machine was carried out.The automatic precise feeding machine is mainly composed of feed-in device,stock bin,discharging device and weighing device.Among them,the feeding device adopts the gate valve structure,and the opening of the feeding port is controlled by the ball screw nut pair to achieve accurate control of the feeding amount;The stock bin adopts circular cone bottom structure with a design capacity of 5kg;The feeding part of the feeding device adopts spiral feeding,and the motor operates intermittently to cast the feed from the feeding machine in batches;The weighing device is used to detect the quality of feed in the stock bin in real time.(2)The control system design of automatic precision feeding machine was carried out.Taking STM32F103C8T6 as the controller chip,the control system is designed,including weight signal detection circuit,motor drive circuit,wireless communication circuit,power supply circuit and other circuits.Using keil uvisin5 IDE,the control program of automatic precision feeding machine is compiled,including the main program of feeding machine,reading and saving of working parameters,RTC real-time clock,weight signal acquisition,automatic feeding and casting,wireless communication,parameter setting interface and other subroutines,so as to realize the function of timing and quantitative automatic feeding.(3)The performance verification test of automatic precision feeding machine was carried out.Taking Jingmenwulong perch puffed compound feed as the object,the weighing accuracy,feeding accuracy,discharge and crushing rate of the prototype automatic precision feeder were tested.The test results showed that the relative error of weighing accuracy of the feeder was 0.120% ~ 0.195%;The relative error of feeding accuracy is0.430% ~ 1.527%;There is a linear relationship between the discharge of the feeder and the screw speed;The feed crushing rate is less than 0.3%.The feeding machine has high feeding accuracy,stable spiral discharge and low crushing rate,which can meet the feeding needs of small area and high-density breeding such as industrialization.
