One of the main ways to control the cost of pond culture is to control the use of feed.Insufficient feeding will lead to slower growth or even stagnation of farmed objects,which will affect production and reduce economic benefits.However,excessive feeding of feed is not only a waste of resources,but also the excess residue will contaminate the water body.In severe cases,the large area of death of the breeding object will be caused,resulting in huge economic losses.Is needed for the growth of fish and shrimp feed quantity as the temperature of the water quality,water quality parameters,such as oxygen,PH value and growth phase changing,so we need to bait casting machine can precisely feeding breeding the required amount of feed.Based on the above background,the research on the precision feeding of pond culture is carried out,and the control system can meet the precise feeding of pond culture.This paper designs the mechanical structure of the baiting machine,including the design of feeding device,weighing device and throwing device.We compare and analyze the quality flow detection technology of the existing granule material,and select the impulse method as the feed quality measurement method of this machine.The control strategy of the precision feeding system is studied,and PLC is used as the control core,and the precise feeding program and control algorithm are developed to meet the requirements of the precision of the baiting machine.Finally,the experimental prototype is processed according to the engineering drawings,and the test of the performance test of the prototype and the precision measurement of feeding quantity error were carried out.The main research contents are as follows:(1)With reference to the relevant literature on mature bait feeder structure and breeding expert experience in the market,the basic structure of the precise feeding bait feeder is determined by the feeding device,the weighing device and the material throwing device.Based on the existing screw feeding-centrifugal casting feeder,a new precise weighing device is added.The weighing device is installed between the feeding device and the throwing device to read the real-time feed quality;the control system reads the real-time weighing signal to accumulate,and stops running when the feed quality reaches the preset feeding amount.(2)The gas-solid two-phase flow movement of the pellet feed in the feed tube of the precision weighing device is a key factor affecting the feeding accuracy of the feed feeder.Therefore,the three-dimensional modeling of the feed device is performed using Solidworks.The finite element simulation software ANSYS CFX simulates and analyzes the key factors affecting the measurement accuracy.The simulation results are used to optimize the structure of the feeder and improve the feed accuracy of the feeder.The following conclusions are drawn: The measurement accuracy of the weighing device is affected by the inclination of the feed tube,the length of the cylinder,and the feed speed at the entrance of the feed tube;the best parameter of the feed tube for the precision feeder is: the tilt angle of the feed tube is 38°,the length of the cylinder is 410 mm,and the feed speed at the inlet of the cylinder is 0.32m/s.Under such parameters,the bait feeder can obtain the best measurement accuracy;the feed speed at the inlet of the feed tube is the most important influence on the measurement accuracy.The main factor is that the tilt angle of the feeding tube is the second to the accuracy,and the length of the feeding tube barrel has the least influence on the accuracy.(3)The control strategy of the precise feeding system was designed.According to the characteristics determined by the pond water quality parameter,the two-dimensional fuzzy controller is designed according to the characteristics of the pond feeding system.The feeder can learn the past feeding experience and input the fuzzy controller according to the water temperature and the dissolved oxygen to obtain the accuracy.The feeding machine uses PLC as the control core.When PLC receives the cumulative value of the feed quality delivered by the load cell to reach the feeding value of the fuzzy controller,the feed and ejector motor are stopped in time to realize the precise feeding of the machine.Zigbee communication module to build a remote control system to achieve a small distance feeding control feeding.(4)In order to verify the accuracy of the feeding amount of the feeding machine and the feeding amount error,a prototype of the feeding machine was manufactured and related prototype tests were performed.Prototype tests include bait feeder performance tests and feed rate error accuracy test.Performance test tests show that the key components of the prototype machine are running well,and the screw feeder and the turntable are stable and reliable,which meets the design requirements.The accuracy test of the feeding amount error was conducted on the 2# prawns with the solid pellet feed as the measuring object.The experimental results showed that the error between the preset feeding amount and the actual feeding amount was controlled within the range of 0.2% to 1.7%.
