Precision feeding is the key to realize precision breeding.In modern shrimp pond culture,most of the feed is thrown manually,and some farmers throw feed around the shrimp pond,and some farmers hold boats to throw feed around the shrimp pond.In order to achieve the goal of uniform feeding in the feeding area of shrimp pond according to the feeding habit of shrimp,a feeding ship appeared,but at present,the feeding machines used on the feeding ship are basically designed according to those used in shore-based fixed-point feeding,the characteristics of feeding boat in shrimp pond are not fully considered,and the feeding speed can not be adjusted according to the demand,the feeding is not accurate and the throwing is not uniform.In this paper,a precise baiting machine is designed,which can solve the problem of inaccurate baiting and low rate of broken baits.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the requirement of feeding in shrimp pond culture and the characteristics of the feeding ship,the whole scheme of precision feeding machine is determined,which consists of five parts: feeding device,feeding device,quantitative device,feeding device and control system.(2)According to the structure and size of the hull of the existing shrimp pond feeding ship,each component device of the precise feeding machine is designed to determine the shape structure and size of the feeding box,and the stable feeding is realized by installing a vibrating motor in the feeding box;A spring buffer bracket is designed to cushion the vibration of the ship caused by the vibrating motor;a quantitative opening device is designed at the blanking hole to realize the quantitative blanking by changing the opening of the blanking hole of the material box;Real-time monitoring of feed volume in feed box.The strength of the cylinder compression spring and the screw rod of the screw rod reducer motor are checked,and the results meet the application requirements.Using multi-body dynamics simulation software Adams,the buffering performance of the spring buffering bracket is analyzed and the buffering effect of the spring buffering bracket is proved.(3)Using ANSYS Finite element analysis software to carry on the statics analysis to the precision baiting machine main stress component,finds out the material box is the weak component;carries on the dynamic characteristic analysis to the material box,avoid the resonance of the natural frequency of the feeder close to the working frequency of the feeder.The results show that the resonance frequency of the feeding box is not equal to the working frequency of the feeding machine,and the feeding box will not be destroyed by resonance.(4)The software and hardware control system based on STM32 is designed and made,and the main control unit module,Power Supply Module,screw reducer motor drive module,limit switch module,ultrasonic ranging module and wireless communication module are introduced in detail;Based on MGCS,the host computer software for controlling the baiting machine is developed,and the remote control system between the baiting machine and the host PC is built through the Lo Ra-SX1278 wireless communication module to realize the remote real-time parameter adjustment and real-time monitoring.(5)In order to verify the performance and precision of precision baiting machine,the precision baiting machine designed in this paper is assembled and tested.The experiment includes the precision baiting experiment in laboratory and pond.The experimental results show that all parts of the baiting machine work well,and the error between the actual baiting speed and the theoretical baiting speed is controlled within± 0.2% ~ 0.3%,it is proved that the scheme of precise baiting machine designed by the author is reasonable and feasible. |
