In this paper,We took the common freshwater fish as our research target and built the system of impact information collection and simulated the vehicle vibration on the shaking table to study the influence under different vibration frequencies suffered on the fish.Besides,the live fish carried by vehicles for transformation was also performed and we also tried to collect the force value through different kinds of fish under different kinds of working conditions.After that,the processing technique for application engineering test signal was used for preliminary handing of force value,in the meaning,for extracting the mechanical characteristics.A significance analysis method was used to study the affinity between vehicles under different running statues and force value of different kinds of fish and we tried to build a mode for force value of live fish carried by vehicles using regression equation.The brake force value curve was fitted to the the fitting and the fitting parameters are optimized by the classical algorithm.Software ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to simulate the collision process of vehicle braking of the live fish transporting box and fish body.The main results are as follows:1.Effects of load and vibration frequency on the fish box impact test board by the maximum stress and the surface of the amplitude of the fish tank:(1)With the fish tank loading increased,the maximum force value increased,the amplitude decreased.When the fish tank water loading were 60%,70%,80% and 90%,the maximum stress values were 37.86 N,48.23 N,55.6 N and 99.36 N,the amplitude was 20 cm,18cm,12 cm and cm 6 and the corresponding vibration frequencies were 30 Hz,28 Hz,24 Hz and 23 Hz.(2)The 23~30 Hz is the natural frequency of the vibration frequency range of the four fish tank loading capacity,road transport vibration energy is mainly distributed at0~200 Hz,the 0~20 Hz frequency range of energy is most concentrated natural frequency range and the four fish tank load close,therefore in the live fish transportation process in order to avoid the resonance phenomenon to achieve the above,should try to prevent the natural frequency range,can improve the loading capacity of the fish tank to reduce the vibration amplitude of the water and fish and fish tank.2.Study the mechanical characteristics of different fish transport running condition(1)The
