China is a large country with agriculture.Agricultural production is closely related to our lives.Weeds,as a plant affecting agricultural production,have seriously affected the output of agricultural economic crops.Especially in southern China,weeds are widely distributed.Breeding is fast and extremely difficult to remove.By analyzing the development and research status of the domestic and foreign weeders,it is found that the existing weeders at home and abroad cannot adapt well to the complex terrain of hilly hills in southern China.It is necessary to design a efficient weeder that is suitable for southern China.In this paper,a crawler-type double-axis mower is researched,and the weeder is designed from two aspects of track-type walking mechanism and double-axis weeding operation.Determine the working performance of the weeder,the specific research content is as follows:1.Define the requirements of the design of the weeder and the design ideas,select the design of the crawler tracker and design the biaxial weeding head mechanism that meets the needs of the weeding operation,determine the structure of the entire machine,and analyze the power consumption.Selection of moter motives for weeders.2.Design and selection of the key components of the weeder,and determine the size of the twin-axis according to the strength requirements of the double-axis of the weeding operation;select the tool for the weeding and cutting of the front axle of the weeding operation head and determine the weeding and cutting knife at The installation method and design parameters on the shaft;the tool selection for the rotary axis of the weeding head and the determination of the installation method and design parameters of the rotary plough on the shaft.3.Perform the finite element analysis on the key components of the weeding operation head and the overall operation head,analyze the reliability of the key components and the rationality of the overall design of the operation head.The force analysis was performed on the rotary blade axis of the weeding head,and the finite element model of the rotary blade shaft was subjected to static analysis and fatigue characteristics.It was found that the danger zone of the rotary blade shaft was located in the danger zone of the rotary knife shaft.Rotary plough blade and blade support seat welding;In the case of normal cyclic work load,Rotary knife shaft can reach the design life of 2.2e8 cycles,no cracks,rotary knife shaft minimum safety factor greater than 1,rotary tilling Knife shaft reliability is higher.Constrained modal analysis is performed on the weeding head model to obtain the first 6 natural frequencies and modes.The modal calculation results are analyzed to verify the rationality of the design.4.Prototype the crawler-type double-axis mower for on-site testing:determine the test site and test method,select the weeding rate and fuel consumption as the test index for the design requirements,the mass of the knife,the speed of the knife and the walking speed are three Influencing factors,through the quadratic regression rotating combination test,the test results are analyzed,and the optimal combination of the operating parameters is determined as the turret speed of 1600r/min,the knife mass of 0.35kg,and the walking speed of 0.3m/s.Under the performance combination,weeding The machine has the lowest fuel consumption based on the weeding rate.
