Xanthoceras sorbifolium Bunge is a unique and rare woody oil plant in China,and also a kind of landscaping tree with high ornamental value.In this study,the genetic variation of seed and seed traits of X.sorbifolium.from Alukerqin Banner(AQ),Wengniut Banner(WQ),Heishui Town(HS)of Baicheng and Changlong Town(CL)of Songyuan were analyzed,and the differences of nutritional functional components of kernel of X.sorbifolium were analyzed.The aim is to provide basic data and materials for germplasm resources evaluation,breeding,popularization and application of X.sorbifolium.The results are as follows:(1)The results showed that there were significant differences among regions and within regions in fruit type traits,seed type traits,dry fruit weight,seed weight and fruit number in four regions(P<0.01).(2)The analysis of genetic variation of seed and fruit traits in four regions showed that the average variation coefficient of fruit traits was 7.21% ~ 45.12%,in which the average variation coefficient of fruit traits was 23.2%,the average variation coefficient of seed traits was 21.61%.The average variation coefficients of fruit traits,seed traits and seed and seed traits in the four regions from large to small were AQ > WQ > HS > CL.(3)Of four areas where the crown fruit of compaction properties of correlation analysis,seed weight and seed length,width,thickness,seed volume were very significant positive correlation(P<0.01),total fresh weight,total dry weight with multiple indexes were significantly positive correlation(P<0.01),so can be kind of type character,total fresh weight,total dry weight as selection traits.(4)Through principal component analysis of 19 seed and seed traits in four regions,it was found that seed length and seed volume were the indexes with the highest weight among the 19 indexes,and 19 seed and seed traits could be divided into three categories through cluster analysis.(5)The correlation analysis of seed and fruit traits and environmental factors in four regions showed that fruit type traits,seed type traits,fruit quality and fruit number were significantly positively correlated with annual precipitation(P<0.01),while altitude was significantly negatively correlated with fruit type traits,seed type traits,fruit quality and fruit number(P<0.01).The correlation analysis of seed and seed traits and biological factors in four regions showed that dry fruit weight,fresh fruit weight,total seed weight and seed type traits were positively correlated with DBH,crown width and tree height(P<0.01).(6)Taking the kernels of X.sorbifolium from four regions as the research object,the differences of nutrient contents in kernels were analyzed.The results showed that there were significant differences in oil content,protein,soluble sugar and starch content in kernels of X.sorbifolium from four regions(P<0.01).Linoleic acid and oleic acid were the main components of seed kernel oil,and there were significant differences among regions(P<0.01). |
